My Hip shouldn't have happend

So a good friend calls me up one day and he said "Hey Mikey, want to come get my verticals done again" and I was like sure. I had never gotten a chance to experience seeing a piercing happen in real life but I had always wanted to get my lip pierced and had just found a fascination in surface piercing. So I agreed to go with him to his local buddy and watch him get poked.

So while he was going under the needle to get his lip done again I was thinking to myself. Hey why don't I get one? So I decided to think up something quick, and due to my recent fascinations with surface piercing I decided to get my hip pierced. Not both of them like normal people. But my left one only. The guy doing it asked me if I was sure and I said of course I was sure. I had wanted one as long as I could remember.

It set me back about 50 bucks, but I was okay with it. It seemed like the guy knew what he was doing and the place was clean. So I was like let's do this. So I lay down on the bed and he drew the dots and clamped my hip. Then he realized that I didn't really have enough fat to grab onto. So he asked my friend Cam to hold my skin up. This is were I felt like something was going wrong... I was kind a worried but I didn't say anything.

After it was all said and done the guy gave me a pamphlet about cleaning, how to do it. When to do it, where to do it. I was like okay this will be sweet, it will be better in a while. After handing me the paper he said, oh yeah by the way this will take about six months to heal. If it heals at all. I was kind a pissed that he didn't tell me at first but I was like whatever. So I went to a movie and then to my house.

After I went home and the first few weeks had passed it seemed that the person that pierced me didn't make the holes far enough apart so the piercing started pushing itself out of my skin. It started getting sick and had gross white stuff coming out of my hip. Other things were going wrong I always snagged it on my pants because I wore them so low.

I was worried about it but decided to go to the big show coming through anyway...but didn't think anything about my hip. Because it felt a lot better now that I had waited at least 3 months. So I was at the show hard core dancing. You know what us kids like to do at the shows but about half way through the show I got kicked in the hip and felt a really sharp pain. So I went to the back and into the bath room. It was bleeding everywhere and all over my cloths. It seemed it got caught on my pants, snagged and ripped. So I decided it would be a good idea just to take it out.

The crazy thing was the holes were still there and didn't go away for a really really really really really long time. I was getting worried and they were getting pussy. But I didn't want to show my parents because I wasn't supposed to have this thing in the first place. So I started cleaning it and cleaning it and cleaning it. It slowly got better. But I could still feel a hollow spot in between the holes. So I took a small knife and poked at them. Sooner or later I got what seemed like a long worm like thing popping out. I went to my friend's dad who was a doctor and he told me that the way the piercing healed made a tube shaped scare tissue. I was very relieved when he told me that. Because I thought I had some weird desires or a worm or something crazy like that.

In the end everything was all good but I was left with this narley scare. It is kind of ugly but I am okay with it now. It might be something that I'm going to do again but I think I won't for a while. My advice to you is that you get it done by a guy you is licensed. Will do it right for you the very first time. Won't screw you with crappy bar bells that he makes himself. So on so forth. Mostly just clean your piercing because that it what would have saved me in the end.
