When Three months ago
Now I know most people would think sixteen too young for genital piercings, but as far as I'm concerned, if I am legally allowed to have children in this country, then of course I'm allowed to have strange men poke holes in my lady bits. Around 6 months ago me and a good friend made a pact to both go and get a genital piercing, I ended up going and getting a VCH, while my friend chickened out and got nothing done.

After a couple of months of having the VCH I decided that I wanted to get a second genital piercing, so I hopped onto BME and browsed through every possible option of female genital piercings and read everything I could. After consulting a close friend on the matter, I decided I would pop along to the studio where I get pierced and ask if they thought I would be able to get a Triangle.

After being examined, my piercer said he wasn't too keen on the idea of doing this piercing on me because of my anatomy etc. So we talked about other possible options including clitoris, Isabella, Fourchette but I was quite set on having the Triangle. After thinking for a moment my piercer said that there was someone in next week who was from the US who could probably perform the piercing.

Skip to next week and I came back to the studio, my piercer said that the guy wasn't in at the moment so gave him a phone call. Much to my dismay the piercer from the US said he didn't like doing triangle piercings and he wouldn't come in to do it. Very upset I prepared to leave when my piercer said he would do it for me. So I thanked him heaps and said I'd come back in about 2 hours.

In that 2 hours I went and got out the money I needed, grabbed something to eat and met up with my friend who wanted to come.

We went back to the studio, now I wasn't nervous at all. At that point in time I had seven piercings, so the thought of the impending pain didn't scare me. We went into the well lit and very clean piercing room, and I took my skirt and underwear off and hopped up onto the black piercing table.

After about 30 minutes (seriously!) of trying to get the placement right, my piercer finally decided we would use septum clamps to do the piercer. He checked and double checked that I was happy with the placement. I grabbed onto my friend's hand quite hard at this point, the clamps were hurting quite a bit and god when that needle went through I'm sure I nearly fainted. The Jewellery I was pierced with was a 14g circular barbell. I did flinch quite hard and I must say the Triangle was by far the most painful piercing I've had done out of the sixteen piercings I have now.

There was very little bleeding at the time, so my piercer cleaned me up quickly and asked if I wanted to look in the mirror, I said no (the 30 minutes of pantlessness with two hot guys in the room had made me feel a little embarrassed!) so he put a gauze pad over the piercing. My friend passed me my clothing to put back on while my piercer went and got my cleaning instructions as well as a bag of sea salt. After getting dressed I went and paid and thanked my piercer.

Walking back to catch my bus was pretty uneventful, I felt a little tender but that was about it. The bumps on the bus ride home did make me hurt a little, but nothing I couldn't handle.

Over the next week or so, the piercing bled quite a bit (which I had expected) and did hurt quite a bit whenever I did anything like run, walk up stairs etc. The thing I found most annoying was not being able to sleep with my legs crossed over each other like I usually do.

About 2 weeks after having the piercing done, it had stopped bleeding entirely and didn't hurt when I did my normal activities. I ended up having sex, (I had promised myself that I would wait at least 4 weeks- but oh well) but was pleased to find it didn't hurt at all (and definitely improved my sex life!), I think this was partly because the friend I had sex with also has genital piercings and had come with me when I got mine done, so he knew how sore it had been.

A couple months on and the only problem I have had with the piercing is that the circular barbell I had in used to sit to one side and rub/cut into the flesh there which would get a little painful, so I went and had a curved barbell put in which has solved the problem. I am thinking of stretching it up a few sizes and putting a CBR in, because a curved barbell is not nearly as good to look at as a circular barbell was.

I would say I definitely favour my triangle over my VCH, my triangle has never really given me any problems, whereas my VCH has a tendency to get angry whenever I have sex and often gets sore out of the blue.

My advice to anyone getting a triangle, definitely go to a piercer who has performed triangle piercings before (My piercer has done 4 or 5) and make sure you are 100% happy with the placement. I would also recommend a curved barbell as the initial Jewellery.
