I've been living 1500 miles away from my SO for the past year, and we've been looking for ways to physically express our relationship. We decided on a chastity piercing consisting of 3 pairs of rings closed with a lock. After a lot of reading and emailing with others who have had similar piercings, I got a recommendation to go to St. Sabrinas. I met Derek there, and was really impressed with his interest in the project - he seemed to understand what this meant to me and was willing to do what he could to plan it out with us. We had originally planned to have all 3 pairs done at once, but Derek, among others, convinced me that it would be a lot for my body to handle and that it would slow down the healing process. We settled on 2 pairs of 10g, planning to do the 3rd pair when the 1st pair was healed.

I went in once for a consultation, to see if my body would even have enough flesh for this kind of thing and to order jewelry ahead of time. I showed him the Lustschloss website and the gold curved-hasp lock we picked out. The website is great because it had the dimensions of the lock diagrammed out, so Derek was able to think about placement with the lock in mind.

Derek broke a hand mirror, and my appointment for the piercing was set for Friday the 13th, so we joked that the universe was totally giving the go-ahead, good luck all around!

The day of the piercing I ended up getting a friend to drive me there and back and be a hand-holder, and I was glad I did. I tend to get kind of worked up with fear and adrenaline, and she helped calm me down and focus. Also, she held my cell phone so my SO could hear what was going on in the room, since this was a big milestone for us.

Most of the appointment was spent in marking me up and checking placement. He angled the rings so that they would enter on the outer side higher than the exit on the inner part of the labia. This causes the rings to fold inward naturally without bumping into each other. I don't know how this will work once the lock is in place, but it seems like it will work well to keep things from jingling and clanking around. I'm hoping that all the jewelry will stay tucked up into my labia and won't interfere with my active life too much.

The actual piercing hurt like a mother-fucker. I know each one went quickly because my SO said my "vocalizations" were short, only a couple of seconds, but they felt like an eternity of needle grinding through skin. I don't think I moved at all, and I was real quiet for the 1st one, but by the 4th one I think I let out a really loud "fuck". I'm not quite sure because by then the endorphins had kicked in and the purple paint on the ceiling seemed extremely pretty, everything had a glowy edge to it, and I was, um, a little high, although I was shaking from the adrenaline. Derek was great about guiding my breathing and timing everything, all with a sense of humor. He took more time with me than he had originally planned, which I felt kind of bad about, but he didn't seem worried about it at all and urged me to take whatever time I needed to get up and go. In fact everybody there was really nice.

The piercings didn't really hurt that much the first day. They bled a little bit, but no crusties till the swelling started to go down on the 2nd day. After a week all the swelling and bruising was gone, and it felt like things were healing inside, although still raw feeling when I turned the rings while cleaning. Its the second week now, and the only time they really bother me is when the crusties catch, so keeping up with salt soaks every 4-6 hours really helps. The inside doesn't feel as raw when I turn the rings. I keep a little squeeze bottle of saline and some q-tips at work to clean with. I took a long flight early in the week, and it very much sucked to sit with my legs closed for the endless airtime, and I paid for that with some swelling and pain by the end of the trip. A couple days of pampering at home has taken care of it and I'm hoping to be able to get back to the gym next week, maybe even try my climbing harness for a short time. I usually go commando but have been wearing underwear to keep the heavy rings from pulling on the piercings. Guys fruit of the loom thigh-length briefs seem to work best because they don't have seams like girls underwear does. Also, sleeping with a pillow between my legs helps keep everything from getting crushed.

I love my piercings and wish I could tell everybody what I did, so its nice to have a place to write about it at BME. I'm looking forward to my 3rd pair, and the arrival of the lock, and what it will all feel like after its healed.
