Well it all started about a week ago...I really wanted a new piercing, but I'm only 15 (almost 16, I know I am so young) and there is not a lot of things my mom will let me get pierced. So I decided to pierce myself. Yeah, it's not such a smart idea, but I really wanted some new metal. Because I was piercing myself I had to do it somewhere that my mother wouldn't see, and what better place than my outer labia! I did some research on it and figured it would be the easiest place to pierce myself.

So... I had to decide when to actually do it. My mom got home from work late on Wednesdays so I decided to do it then. I have my tragus pierced and I had some extra jewelry lying around so I figured just to use one of them. I cleaned the ring and the needle off with peroxide and placed them on a paper towel. I just used just a larger sewing needle. (I know gross, but I had nothing else to use) I cleaned my lip REALLY well so it wouldn't get infected.

It was time to put the needle through. I poked it a couple times to see if it hurt and it kind of did. I was too scared to just shove the needle through, so it took me like 10 minutes to get the needle all the way out to the other side. It didn't even really hurt. After I got the needle in I just sat there for a couple minutes deciding how to put the jewelry in. I decided to just pull the needle out the way I put it in and hope the jewelry would go through. Happy Joy it did! After I got the jewelry in I couldn't even feel in there. It didn't even hardly bleed, I think there was just a couple of dots on my panties of blood. From other experiences I read people didn't wear any underwear and they wore loose pants. I wore panties and tight pants the next day and I didn't have any problems. I'm just lucky I guess I don't know.

I usually clean it in the morning when I wake up and the when I take a shower. Soap and water works just fine for me. (Just make sure you get all the soap off)

I've had it pierced for over a week now and it hasn't gotten infected, heck its barely even sore. It doesn't bother me no matter what I do. Although I haven't had sex since I did it I don't think it will give me any problems. (Sometimes it does burn when peeing)

I tried it once before but I totally wimped out, just poking it hurt. I couldn't even get the needle half way in. Well. I'm so glad I tried again...because it worked. I'm so proud of it I can't tell you enough how happy this little ring makes me feel. I really encourage this piercing it's so easy to take care of and its easy to hide from your parents. (ha ha) I love telling my story because people never thought I would have done such a thing..Yeah well I did it!!

Since I did the right side with no problems I will probably eventually do the other side as well. It is such a cute little piercing and I just love it. Seriously I don't think I have ever starred at my crotch as much as I do now.

When I tell my friends about it they think I'm really crazy for doing it myself, but I like it and that is all that matters. Everyone I tell seems to get a kick out it, but I guess they don't appreciate it as much as I do. "Does it give you an orgasm when you walk?" um..no well at least not that I have experienced .I'm so proud of myself for getting the nerve to pierce it myself !! (heh)

I now have a total of 8 piercings, including 1/2 lobes and my tragus on both sides. My next piercing will definitely be the conch. I can't wait !! Nov. 6 baby !! (that will be an experience of a lifetime, look out I will probably write a story on that as well)

I don't encourage you to do it yourself. I recommend getting it professionally pierced, so many things could have gone wrong but thankfully they didn't. Just remember when you get any kind of body modification YOU DO IT FOR THE PAIN!! Don't be a little wimp and not get it done just because you think it will hurt. That's the point its going to hurt no matter what you get pierced.
