I was in Mackinaw City, wandering around with my friend. We came upon a place called Be You. I saw body jewelry and Happy bunny shirts, and immediately wanted to go in. I have my eyebrow pierced and was interested in the jewelry they might have.

I saw that they had piercing rooms, and inquired as to weather they did body piercing. The woman that I asked said yes. My second question was if they did them below the waist, and she said yes. I hadn't been expecting to get a piercing that day, but if I did, all the better! I asked the woman if she could do a vertical piercing at the top of my pelvic area. She said that she didn't know, and that I should ask the piercer.

Her and her coworker were eating KFC on the piercing table. It kind of looked like a massage table, but knew all to well that I was inquiring about something far from a massage. I asked her if she could do the piercing. She had the same amount of curiosity about it that I had. She had never heard of it let alone done it. She was more than willing to do it though.

She needed some time to finish her dinner and to clean up, and asked me if I would come back at eight. I said sure. I wanted to do some more exploring around the area with my friend anyway.

At eight I came back. I was asked for my license. I didn't have it on me. I had accidentally left it back at our campsite. I hurried back to my campsite, getting slightly lost on the process. I kept looking at the time. The piercer left at nine. I made it to the campsite and got my identification. I was going about 85 mph the whole way.

I made it back and it was only about 12 after nine. I had run from my parking place to the store, and was excited. I gave them my card, and filled out the paperwork. I was led back into the room and asked if a third party could be present. He was learning to become a piercer, and had never witnessed a genital piercing. I felt uncomfortable with having a male there, and said that I would rather not. She said that that would be fine and that it was up to me.

I was wearing a dress, so all I had to do was take off my underwear. Arin, the piercer, turned up the music so as to drown out our conversation, or any screaming, then she put on her rubber gloves. She placed a drape on the table and on the counter. She laid out cotton balls, Q-tips, forceps, needle, and barbell, a rubber cork and a rubber band. My first question was what the rubber band was for. She said that she wrapped it around the forceps to she didn't have to hold them the whole time. Ok, cool. Now what was the blue rubber cork for? She told me that she put it onto the end of the needle so that it didn't stab me anywhere other than where it was supposed to.

I was all set. I asked her how she needed me to sit. I had to sit sort of like I was getting a pelvic. She took the measurements, and then marked it off. I took a look in the hand held mirror, and it looked good. Now came time for the forceps, the most painful part on the process. It hurt so bad that I was curling my toes and gritting my teeth. She told me to take in a deep breath and hold it. She told me to let it out and as I did, she drove the needle through. As soon as the needle was through, it didn't hurt. I looked at it, and it looked really cool. She turned around and got the barbell. For a second it hurt when she tugged it through. Then I didn't feel anything. Is it all the way through? I asked her. Yeah, and all she had to do was to put the bottom ball on.

She told me to stand up and take a look. It looked good. She told me that I should get some spray called H2Ocean. It heals he piercing without any other care. All I had to do was to spray it on every 3-4 hours. I was done, it was done, I had a new piercing!

When I got home the next day, I looked my piercing up on the Internet. It was called a Christina. Supposedly it has a high rejection rate, and is not very practical. I am very confident, and happy with my new piercing, and am excited to get some new jewelry for it.
