This is the story of my beautiful labia and how one day I bought them jewelry.

I come from a pretty conservative family. If they knew about any of my mods they would disown me. Although I don't live with my parents any more, they are paying a great deal for my college education so I decided that it would be a good idea to keep my piercings and tattoos unknown to them. This limits what mods I can get greatly.

I already had one tattoo, and both my nipples pierced, and at one time my tongue web and navel (those, sadly, have been retired years ago) and I was running out of places to pierce that I could conceal.

I started researching genital piercings on BME and after reading countless stories I decided that I would get my inner labia pierced. One ring on each side. I pondered this idea for a week or so before finally deciding to go for it.

I couldn't find anyone who felt like coming to watch me get my snatch pierced, so I ended up going by myself. I hopped on the subway and headed downtown to New Tribe where my favourite piercer works. When I got there I told the guy at the counter what I wanted to get done (at which time he gave me the thumbs up and a wink) and filled out the standard paper work, paid, took a seat and waited until John (my piercer) was ready. While I waited I talked with the guy at the counter for a bit about his experience with genital piercing and other mods.

When John was ready he called me over to his little piercing room and asked "So, what can I do for you today?" at which point I told him that I wanted him to pierce my crotch. We both had a bit of a laugh. I took off my army boots, pulled off my underwear, pulled up my skirt and laid back on the doctors table thingy (I really don't know the technical name for it). John marked my inner labia and handed me a mirror so I could check the placement. I was pleased. I would have one ring on each side, with the left one being placed slightly higher than the right one. John asked me if I was ready and I nodded but was still a little nervous. He asked "Do you want me to tell when I'm gonna put the needle through, or just surprise you?" I told him to just surprise me. And surprise me he did! It felt like a bolt of lightening went through my poor, poor labia, and I think I uttered a few obscenities, but the pain only lasted for a second. He put the ring in and closed it up wi th the bead. He asked me if I wanted to take a little break but I decided it would be best for him just to go ahead with the other side. This one hurt about the same amount as the first, but at least I knew what to expect, so it was a lot less of a shock. After the ring was in and John was finished I dressed myself and made my way out.

I met up with a couple friends shortly after and we went out for coffee. Walking was a bit tricky at first and I ended up bleeding a little and ruining my good underwear! But oh well, it wasn't that bad. By the time I got home I was pretty sore but the pain wasn't unbearable.

I couldn't wear jeans (unless they were baggy) for three or four days afterward because they irritated my poor labia, but jogging pants were just fine. And after a few days there was hardly any pain.

I used a sea salt solution in a shot glass to soak my labia which was kind of tricky and some tea tree oil from time to time to heal the new piercings. It didn't take long at all for them to heal. Within 2 weeks I had no pain at all, and they looked really sexy. Now I jingle with I walk without underwear.

I didn't tell my boyfriend that I was going to get my labia pierced and I wasn't sure what he would say when he found out because he's really not into piercings but he does have tattoos. He liked my nipple rings though so I hoped he would be ok with my newest additions. When he finally 'discovered' my new piercings he was pleasantly surprised. In fact he absolutely loved them! Needless to say we wasted no time in 'breaking them in.' Tehehe...

Anyway, to wrap this up, to anyone thinking about getting their inner labia pierced, I highly suggest you do! They really don't hurt that much (all things considered) and heal up really quickly if you take care of them. They have been my most trouble-free, and fastest healing piercings ever! So go get your snatch pierced! You'll be glad you did!
