About 3 years ago I pierced my inner labia. I washed the area, and my hands, with hibiscrub. I used a veinal access needle to pierce and inserted a ball closure ring. It healed well with no infection, on an aftercare program of bathing in hot salt water twice daily for about three weeks.

Since that part of the body is so perfectly designed to stretch, it seemed a waste not to! I started by forcing a 3mm gaugue ring into it. The next week I managed to insert a 4mm flesh tunnel. This fell out after a few days, so I knew it was no longer tight. From here on the rate of expansion was amazingly rapid. I added a millimeter or two each week, and was soon up to 20mm. A first, I wore a flesh tunnel, but then got my hands on a 20mm thickness ring.
Here was where the problems started. The weight of it was just too much for my inner labia to support. A couple of days after putting it in, I was walking along and the ring suddenly fell out the side of my underpants. When that happened I felt the flesh tear and when I inspected myself I found that the labia had partially ripped away from the body at the top. I guess I dont need to say that it was pretty sore. I took the ring out and, when I got home I tried to put my flesh tunnel back in. However, by this time there was a lot of swelling and the flesh tunnel didnt fit. I really should have left it, but the idea of letting the hole I had worked at so hard shrink down just bothered me and I forced it. This made splits around the edge of the hole which became raised scars when they healed. I was really upset about them- they didnt look good and were itchy and felt grissly.
The flesh tunnel could be worn during intercourse (in case you were wondering.. and I'll bet you were you naughty people!!) but in some positions it could get uncomfortable so I occasionally removed it. To keep wearing it, you had to lay it sideways, so the labia was turned indside out.
I really wanted to build up to being able to wear the heavy ring at some point, so I cautiously began adding weights to the piercing. The result was fascinating- the labia actually adapted really well by becoming thicker. I was able to attatch more weight after a few weeks. Soon I had to take out the flesh tunnel because the labia was getting too thick to fit into it. I wore a number of thick rings, adding up to about 20mm, but less in total weight than the huge 20mm ring. The hole was then, obviously, forced into a shape other than a circle, which was rather uncomfortable at first. After a few months I was able to wear the heavy ring. Since the hole had settled down into an irregular shape, going back to a circle was again uncomfortable, as was the slight extra weight. By the time I was able to wear the large ring again, the inner labia on the left (pierced) side was 17mm thick, as opposed to 3mm on the right side.
The reaction I got was now generally one of real horror! This didn't bother me, but what did was that after many months the area was still really uncomfortable. I can handle pain for a short time, but long term discomfort really does my head in! After 6 months, all the determination I had felt before never to loose even a bit of width had evaporated. I was sick of being uncomfortable! I took the ring out. Without the ring, the expanded flesh seemed very ugly to me. I hoped it would deflate as rapidly as it had stretched, and although this wasnt the case it was fairly fast.
It is now about a year since I removed the big ring. The width of the labia is down to 4mm- just fractionally larger than before. the length has not returned to normal, unfortunately- it is still enormous compared to the other side. The hole, however, is down to about 3 mm again. The area became comfortable within a couple of weeks of removing the large ring.
I am still sad that I couldnt stick it out- it sure looked cool- but I would not recommend the heavy rings to another person unless they really got off on chronic soreness! The flesh tunnel, however, was a lot of fun. One can thread all sorts of things through there, so its an excellent bondage acessory.
