A few months ago I experienced my first genital piercing - a vertical hood. It healed wonderfully, and as soon as I could, I decided I wanted some more! I looked up all the experiences on BME and looked through all the pictures. I wanted a piercing that wouldn't interfere with my hood that I already had. I also wanted something that would be fun to play with during oral sex! My guy loves giving head!!! I knew that I wanted a 12ga CBR because I like the look of the thicker metal going through me.

He works with one of his friends, Greg, in a clean and sterile piercing studio in his basement. I once dated Greg so I thought it might be awkward if he pierced me. It might bring back some memories of when he was down there for the pleasure and not professionally.
I called Deivi on the phone and explained to him exactly what I wanted done, and he told me to drop by sometime the following monday after 7pm. I usually work until 7pm, so I figured that I'd come home from work a little early, take a shower, and prepare myself. All weekend I was a nervous wreck, preparing myself for the worst. Everyone told me that if I survived a hood piercing then the labia would be a breeze!
I left for Deivi's house at around 8pm in boxer shorts and a tank top. Last time I got pierced down there I bled on my underwear, so this time I was sure to wear a pair that I didn't care if they were stained with blood! I was wearing my most worn and comfortable cotton panties. My friend Kate drove me there because I knew I wouldn't be able to drive myself home in the condition I expected to be in after my piercing.
When I got there, Greg opened the door and we had one of those awkward "hello" and a hug experiences. He told me that he was really excited I was getting into body modification and that he was even more excited to see the "after results". then he laughed, and I laughed nervously, and told him maybe next time!
I walked downstairs to Deivi's studio and remarked on how clean and white it looked. Everything was put away, and all his drawers and containers were labeled. I sat on the fold out chair next to the gyno-like chair and he asked me if I had eaten anything recently. I said not since lunch and he offered me a piece of bread to eat while he set everything up. I ate the bread really slowly while he sprayed the jewlery I was to use (a 12g CBR) and he prepared the needle, the reciever, and all his other pokey things.
I laid down on this gynecologist type table with my legs spread in the stirrups. I still don't know how he got that chair! I took off my boxers and panties and he put a warm cloth between my legs. then he dried it off with a paper towel and spread a cool sort of antiseptic all around the area. I wasn't looking, but it smelled like iodine. he told me to hold the warm cloth on my stomach to relax myself.. he wiped down the area again and put some placement dots there. he help up a hand mirror so I could look at the dots but I just nodded and said that I trusted his judgement. I was too nervous to look anyway! he said to count to three then take a deep breath, and when I breathed out, he stuck in the needle. It stung for a minute, sending a pain through my legs up to my stomach. the pain wasn't nearly as intense as my hood. then it felt sore and tender as he put in the jewlery. he sprayed me with something, I think it was just water, or maybe water and a mixture or something else. he wrote down a list care instructions, including sea salt soaks, wearing cotton underwear, and refraining from sexual activity! I was still on high from the piercing and put my clothes back on, and sorta hobbled to the car and my friend kate drove me home. (she was waiting upstairs during the whole procedure).
As for healing, it seems to be going fine. I squat in a salt bath every night and it feels really good, then I just urinate on it and spray with a saline/water solution.
Deivi did an excellent job and when he opens up a studio I'll be sure to give whoever needs it the name!
