Let me begin by saying that I am a Christian female. I started my alternative piercings in a very small way, by having the upper cartilage pierced in my left ear. That was considered VERY daring by my peers. My cousin had had her belly button pierced and I thought it was cute. So, I thought about it for awhile, then decided to try it. I figured that I could always take it out if I did not like it. My cousin had hers done at Exposed Temptations in Manassas, Virginia, by Archie.

At first, I was overwhelmed by some of the art work that I saw on people's bodies in there. While the work itself was excellent, it scared me to an extent. I said that I wanted my belly button pierced. If you get your navel done, get the barbell. I was told by a male friend that it is much sexier than a ring. Anyway, Archie was WONDERFUL! He is a very sweet man and is extremely professional. It felt like a hollow bamboo shoot was shoved through my belly button and it burned, but not because of anything that Archie was doing. That is just how it felt to me. It hurt the rest of the afternoon and that evening, but not anymore. Archie told me everything before he did it.
It has healed very well and I am really enjoying it. It feels so sexy! Less than 2 weeks later, I went back to have my hood done! So, after many, many years of "normal" piercings, I have my navel done and am there to get my hood done. Archie, of course, is the man for the job. He talks me through every step, just like he did for the navel piercing, except this is a much more private area! Archie was great and was very professional and did a very thorough job. Unfortunately, my hood was too small for a clit barbell and I felt very dejected about that. However, I realized that he could have just pierced it, let it be a bad job, and I would not have known the difference. Archie would never do something like that, though. He really cares about his clients and wants them to be satisfied with the job he does. He also knows that satisfied clients bring their friends. I asked Archie for his recommendations for the vaginal piercing. He suggested an external or an interal labia piercing, but I had to decide in a hurry because the instruments were going to have to be resterilized if I waited any longer. That was a great reassurance, but I never had any doubts as to their hygiene or cleanliness or anything of that nature. In fact, I had to wait 25 minutes for the instruments to be sterilized! Archie explained that the external was more for appearances, but the internal would provide a difference sensation for my partner. I chose the external labia because a lot of women choose it for how it appears and I was doing this for me. Archie wrote out the cleaning instructions for me. Honestly, having the external labia done hurt differently than the navel. Everything has healed very well. I was shocked at how sexy the external labia piercing made me feel. It was a different sexy from the belly button piercing. No one knows it is there, except for Archie and me! It does not interfere with walking or crossing your legs or anything.
I decided the other day that I want to have an internal labia done since I have to soak because of my external piercing, right? May as well get them both going at the same time, right? So, here I found myself back at ET, talking to Archie. By now, he knows my name! Three piercings in less than two weeks' time! Archie was actually on his way out the door to get his dinner, but stayed to do my piercing! I heartily recommend Archie to anyone and everyone who wants to get a piercing. ET is a great place and Archie is a great man. You can trust him with EVERYTHING you have! I thought it would be very awkward to expose my private area to someone that I did not know. Archie made me feel very comfortable.
Again, for the internal piercing, Archie talked me through everything before he did it. The internal piercing has hurt the least of all that I have had done. Archie even gave me some other piercings to consider. All I know is that Archie will be the only one to pierce me! Thus far, I have taken my female roommate there and I will be taking a female co-worker there very soon! I can't wait and am thrilled to have had these great experiences. Archie is the main reason why I have enjoyed my piercings as much as I have.
