First of all I would like to say that I love BME! It is the best site out there for information and it would suck if it wasn't there!

Ok I'm a 17 year old female and live in Minnesota. I have always loved body piercing and always wanted to get pierced. But up here in Minnesota you have to be 18 to do that so I just left the subject alone. That was until I found the BME site and started looking around at all the different piercings. I found the Inner Labia piercing and fell in love.

I sat around for several days thinking about how much I like the way it looked and wanted to have it done. I sent many of my online friends to the site and asked what they thought. Most of them liked it.

After a few days of thinking I read some stories and decided I could do it myself. So one night when I knew everyone in my house would be asleep I prepared everything I would need. I got a nice sharp needle and some rubbing alcohol. I placed a towel on my bed and kept a wash cloth near by.

After cleaning the needle and the ring that I was going to place in the piercing I began to place ice on my Inner Labia. After letting it get fairly numb I preceded to place the needle through the Libia. Time seemed to go bye so slowly. I wanted it to be done and over with as fast as possible. Placing the ring through hurt more than placing the needle through because you have to do some stretching. I must have looked stupid with my legs pressed against my bed poles. My first piercing went well and bled very little the second bled more but I was able to stop that with some cotton balls. They are always a good thing to have on hand. But I like them.

It hurt; I will not lie but was totally worth it. I pierced the other one after cleaning everything again. Once I had both pierced I went and took a shower to make sure everything stayed clean. After two weeks my piercings were completely healed. I washed them every day and placed Tea Tree oil on them, which helps the healing process. It's one of the best oils out there for cuts and that kind of thing.

I would also recommend trying the piercing in different ways like with out using Ice like I did. The ice helped make the pain less but I guess I could be wrong since I used ice both times. But it would seam to me that the ice would make it better. After the piercing was all done and my shower was over I placed a Pad in my panties to catch any blood that my fall.

To my surprise there was hardly any blood in the pad when I woke up the next morning. I would have thought that there would be more but I guess not.

Now I can play with my piercings and know that I'm the only one in my town with the guts to get something like that done. To this day no one in my family knows about my hidden treasure and I don't plan on telling them. Also my best friends don't know either I'm not sure how they would react. But a few of my online friends know and now so do you. Before playing with your piercings of having any one else play with them it is good to wait until they are fully healed. I didn't do much with my piercings and still don't but before I did anything I waited about four weeks just to keep from hurting them in any way. It would suck to go through all that trouble and then have to take them out and let them heal. Plus you would have to go through that again. That is if you still wanted the piercings.

If I had to do it all over again I would. It was a wonderful experience and I will always remember it. It was the one truly great thing I did while I was 16. But to those of you thinking about having it done I would say go for it. And if you can have it done by a pro. But if you just cant wait make sure you take all the right precautions!!!!!!!!.

I look forward to future piercings. I have several in mind and will most likely wait to get them done by a pro. I wouldn't want to try anything to hard, just because I would be afraid of messing up my body too much. I hope to be submitting a picture to BME of my piercings in the near future..
