The New Zealander's Experience continues..... |

Hi Shannon, Hi everyone.I think update time has definately arrived.
After I wrote my previous article ( numerous months ago now ) re Navel, Nipple and Cart piercing I found that I could not stop there thus back I went to Tracey at my regular Studio to have my Hood and Inner Labs pierced.
My trust and confidence in Tracey is at absolute premium. I also, by this stage had recommended others to her and we swear there can be nobody better than Tracey, in our area, for females who want piercing. She is so adept at putting a person at ease throughout the whole procedure. THANKS TRACEY!
Before any procedure could take place, Tracey, using a cotton tip, measured to make sure that I had enough area to be able to recieve the verticle Hood pierce that I was requesting. Once this minor exercise was over there was no stopping - I was ready, willing and able.
The hood pierce was probably the biggest non-event of them all, what I felt was, as merely as it can be explained, akin to a simple pin prick on my finger. Tracey and I decided that the damn clamp was so annoying and caused all pain related problems thus instead of securing it as usual she elected to use rubberbands to hold it in place thus removing the extreme pressure and pinching that the clamp induces. A quick breathe in on cue, then breathe out and whammo its all over. To be perfectly honest I didnt even feel like it was there - constantly over the next days/weeks having to check to make sure my hood actually had been pierced. Never once did I feel any discomfort and it did not present me with any problems during its healing stage.
Changing the jewellery has been very easy - you dont need to become a contortionist to do so.
One month later I return to see Tracey to have my inner Labs pierced, we had discussed the procedure, at length, by phone, prior to my arrival. I had already purchased my jewellery from my usual supplier (cheaper than buying from Tracey) and made sure it matched with the Hood ring.
The usual preparation of implements took place, steralisation of the jewellery etc. Tracey is decked out in a face mask, rubber gloves etc. So business starts - firstly she marks where the piercing will be then hands me a mirror so I can look and affirm the site and be aware of how the two pierces will lay with each other - as with the Hood pierce we use the same method of the rubberbands on the clamp - one, two, three, deep breath in, then out and its done, feeling just a minor bit of discomfort as the pierce moves from the outer side of the skin to the more sensitive inner area. A bit of bleeding but nothing to be concerned with. Over to the other side and repeat the procedure and within minutes its all over.
Countdown time begins, how long is this going to take to heal?? Well, to be perfectly honest I couldn't feel the rings there when walking etc BUT going to the loo to pee - well - talk about sting - so very rapidly I become adept at peeing with leg up in air sideways to keep the bulk of the urine off the area. Patting yourself dry becomes an art to as your fanny area feels like its swollen to 10 times larger than normal and loo paper can only be dabbed rather gingerly to soak any moisture away.
I bathed in warm water with a bit of sea salt and bicarbonate of soda for the next couple of weeks - if the bicarb helped I really dont know - but in my mind it certainly did relieve the minor discomfort.
DAY 11 (after the piercing) dawns - guess what - I can pee without sting and since then no futher discomfort has been felt however occassionally one of the lab rings twists a little and after some minor re-adjustment its fine.
That was 10 months ago now. The look is brilliant. With the evil sense of humour that I have I remark to those in the know that now I am one of the few females who can reach inside her knickers and say "Excuse me while I adjust my Balls" hahaha. Sex is GREAT and it seems to be a total turn on for the male partner.
So what will be next. The mind is now seriously engaged in thoughts of a Tattoo but that shall take a while to sort as I have decided to leave my fair country and move to Australia. I shall update you from there.
Look forward to updating you sometime soon.
