I had been thinking about getting a V.C.H (vertical clitoral hood) piercing for about a year, ever since I saw a girl on a movie with one. They are so pretty to me and I believe it will compliment my body just right. One week ago I decided to go have it done. I went to No Regrets in Raleigh, North Carolina where I have had previous piercings and tattoos done before. I have gotten my belly ring, my labret, my nipples, and a tattoo from there so I am comfortable there.

He told me i could get a ring or a curved barbell. I chose a fourteen gauge curved barbell with double diamonds. Of course I handed him my ID and signed a few things. He asked me if I was ready, and we were off to the back room where he was going to pierce me.
We walked in and I am very pleased to see how clean and organized everything was. Tony is a very friendly person so he is talking to me about experiences that he has had while doing a v.c.h.
He tells me that he has done quite a few vertical hood piercings and they are becoming more and more popular.
As i watch Tony put his gloves on and get all of his tools situated, nervousness is setting in (naturally). I am asking him all sorts of questions like "Is it going to hurt?" "Are you going to do it fast?" "Has anyone passed out?" "Do most girls scream?" He tells me "it will feel like a terrible pinch for about two seconds, then its over." At this point my heart is about to beat out of my chest! I am so anxious to do this, so I take off my shoes pants and panties. I sit in the chair and I had to sit wit a leg hanging off either side of the chair. I am not one to be ashamed of my body, so I am not too shy. He leans the chair all the way back to where I am basically laying flat on my back. Then he raises the chair up so he will be able to stand and pierce me, rather than sitting. Next he examines the area that I am getting pierced, and he wipes the area with alcohol or something because he said that there was glitter all over the place. (oops!) Now he is telling me what he is about to do, he said "I am just cleaning the area and marking where the needle needs to come out." I asked him if he could make the piercing very high up on my hood, almost where the bottom of a 'Christina' piercing might be. All he said was "I will Try" Then he marked where it should be, and told me to look and see if I thought it looked good. I liked it so I told him that it looked great!
The reason that I wanted it to be a higher piecing than normal is because of the look that I was going for. I wanted to only be able to see one diamond at first glance. I thought that only the top of the barbell should be seen. Trust me, it looks better when you see both! He told me that it would look better just in normal standard position, so I took his word because HE is the professional. I am so nervous I am shaking! Tony tells me to calm down, so I try. I look over at the tools that he has lied out and i see a metal catching tube. He picks it up and puts it on top of my clit, where he will catch the needle when it comes through. At that point I get extra scared and start asking him "wheres the clamp?" He said that when you use a catching tube you don't need a clamp. So i start complaining about being used to a clamp. For some reason Having a clamp on makes me more comfortable, I don't know why. Tony understands so he gets out the clamp and puts it on my hood.
I brace myself so tight in the chair and hold on to the arm rests, and i have my feet locked under the bottom of the chair too so i wont jump! Tony tells me to relax and breathe normally in and out. He asks me if I am ready and I am already concentrating on my breathing and holding on, I can't even respond. He gives me a second, and then he did it! Wow it hurt so bad, but only for a second. Before I even noticed how bad it was hurting, Tony was already telling me, "the worst part is over." I was so relieved and happy right then! He said "how was it?" I said back "awesome" He then told me that was one response he had never heard. We both laughed and he cleaned it up and told me that it isn't even bleeding. I stood up and looked at it... It is beautiful! I will have it forever! Thanks Tony!
