Well I'd been thinking about getting a Christina for ages (and plan to still) but had never gone through with it.

As it turned out the prices were slashed for two days due to a new trainee joining the shop team, so he could see all types of piercings ASAP. I was a bit nervous as he was going to be piercing my 'lady-bits' (if you will) so in the end he just watched while the experienced Paul did the work.
Paul was excellent, he explained to the trainee, Vaughn, I believe, and myself about maintaining eye contact, telling the customer exactly where you were going to touch and why and doing the piercing in one swift, smooth action.
I was lying, naked from the waist down, legs open, feet together on the bed, getting nervous now. But I felt safe with Paul and Vaughn and not a bit embarrassed once.
He said I could have either a VCH or a Christina, so I chose my new found fancy, the VCH, it seemed much more exciting than the other one to me! A risk, but still. You only live once, and I could always take it out.
First Paul wiped the area clean then applied a gel to lessen the impending pain, which tingled slightly but felt warm, not stingy.
After leaving this for a minute while he curved the barbell that would be put in, he wiped the area again, with fresh gloves on, and used a small clamp, like tweezers with a hole in to grip my hood and get ready to pierce. The clamp was the most uncomfortable bit, it didn't hurt, but felt really scratchy, all I wanted to do was stop that feeling. But it was for only about ten seconds, because then he pushed the needle through.
WINCE! *sex moan*! Then nothing. No pain after that. Imagine a hard pinch on your upper arm, or a big paper cut. A quick yelp then your fine.
He removes the needle, threads on the curved bar, attaches the balls. It's over. I hardly noticed any of those steps.
I felt nervous to move off the bed at first, mainly through fear of causing pain rather than being in actual pain.
He handed me a wad of tissue for my knickers, which was very useful as it bled all afternoon and some the next morning. But I walked away from the shop, carefully and happily!
Around ten-fifteen minutes later my head spun slightly and I felt like I was going to faint. This ALWAYS happens to me after an experience with any needle, sewing, injection, piercing, so I went to a pasty shop and it instantly lifted me. Take some biscuits if you're prone to feeling faint, a choccy snack works wonders in seconds!!
At home I was worried by the bleeding and even thought maybe my period had started at one point! I feared loss of sensation and infection. But now, six weeks later, all healed, none of that has happened.
I can walk, run, sit, exercise and masturbate with no problems. I often feel it when I sit on my chair and lean forward but thats only when your trousers push up against it and it isn't painful. It's your little secret! Sometimes I totally forget about it!
Washing is easy with a flannel or your hand and definitely make the effort to do your salt washes morning and night for FOUR weeks, when I'm used to changing it in a few months I reckon I'll remove it everytime I shower.
