To start off my story, I already had 12 piercings and 3 tattoos at the tender age of 18 including an orbital, rook,lobes, nose, tongue, navel and my nipples not including my 2 inner hip and foot tattoos. Those are mostly celestial related and my foot tattoo is a flower. I really wanted a new unusual addition to my "family" since most of them are super typical or most people my age have them but I didn't know exactly what to get.

We wandered around aimlessly in the overcrowded mall looking for clothes for about an hour and we ended up getting super bored. At that point I was irritated ready to leave and my mom asked me if I wanted to go anywhere else before we went home.
After pondering that question for a hot minute I blurted out "Lets go to Excalibur"! She already knew something was up as soon as I uttered those words she dreads. She already knows that I can't walk into that studio without a new hole or some ink.
We drove for about 10 minutes if even and the whole ride I was thinking about what to get done this time. I came to the conclusion as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. She asked me what I was getting done today and I yelled "OH yea! I'm gonna get my hood pierced". Let me tell you if looks could kill I would have been dead 30 times over. But shes a cool mom so she was fine with my decision, just a little disgusted. But i mean she is the one that got her nipples pierced a week after i did because she thought they were amazing.
I went into the studio and told the lady at the counter what I wanted. THis lady is Georges wife and she held my hand when i got my nipples pierced. She proceeded to tell me about her hood ring and how much she loved it. She told me how she sticks a bullet vibrator inthe hoop and has a petty good time with it.That conversation only made me want to get it more. (I still havent tried what she told me though)
After I filled out the paperwork and paid the $80, George called me into his "office" and he showed me various pictures of genital piercings and asked me which one I wanted. I instantly pointed to the horizontal hood. It just stood out to me in a unique kind of way.
I had to take my pants and panties fully off and lay in the seat spread eagle, which would be a little uncomfortable for anyone but George is the dad of one of my friends that i went to high school with and he also pierced my nipples for me. Next he sprayed the area with a cleaning solution to kill any bacteria. At this point I was getting a little nervous but nothing too bad. He clamped the skin which hurt a little bit but it wasn't unbearable and I just sat there for a minute just waiting for the needle to ravage through my body.
When the needle did enter it really wasn't as bad as I worked it up to be. It did burn really bad for a second but it went away really fast. I took a glance at it in the mirror and instantly fell in love. I got dressed and walked out of the room into the lobby. Well it was more of a waddle walk. My mom took one look at me and busted out with her goofy laugh.
It was a really good experience. The studio is very clean and the artists are very friendly and professional. If I could do it again I would in a heart beat and I would totally recommend it to anyone that asked me about it. I love my lil secret that only a select handful of people know about.
At first it bled a little bit but all i had to do was wear a panty liner for an hour or so. Its been about 3 months since i had my piercing and i have had no problems with the healing process at all. I just cleaned it regularlly and followed all the after care instructions.
The piercing really doesn't do anything special for me in a sexual way but it's still a blast to have. I think it is a beautiful addition to my tiny collection of body art. I think next time i will get my inner labia done. I just have to gain some more courage to take my pants off for my friends dad.
