So, about four years ago I wanted to get this done and my boyfriend at the time said if I did then he would "never touch me again" I should have known he was a jerk. I got the Vertical Hood Piercing. The horizontal hood piercing one according to others does not stimulate as much others. The actual clit piercing is way too scary and I do not think I am atomically built for it. One I would consider would be the Princess Diana which is the same thing as a vertical hood piercing except it is two on an angle 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock. It was developed for a girl who was not physically correct for a triangle. The triangle seems a little scary going right behind the clit but then again I just got a genital piercing who knows what I'll do.
I am a teacher and only have my ears done so I definitely don't look the part. I think some people who were in there (not working) were surprised to see me there. At, first I talk to a guy and then the phone rang and I talked to a very nice girl Jen who did the piercing. She told me to undress. Surprisingly, I was not nervous to be half naked in front of her, I was glad she did it though rather then a guy. She said she was pierced down there too and I feel like she was a little more understanding. I had my legs in stirrups. She did the Q-tip test and I was more then anatomically built. She cleaned me off and marked me with a sharpie which she let me keep since she could not use it again. I had read about the receiving tube, but I wasn't expecting it to look the way it did. It is largish medal tube with a 45 degree edge. The receiving tube was very cold and very uncomfortable.
She said I was going to get comfortable with the receiving tube in a minute but no. When she put the needle through I said "Oh F-ck" and jerked my one leg. She told me to put my leg back in so she could put in the stirrups so she could put the jewelry in. 10g 3/4" barbell. It hurt for about 3 second and a lot. Although I must say I feel like the receiving tube was pushing up it may have been what hurt more than the needle. It bled a little bit and then bled in my boxers just a bit. It did not hurt after that at all except when I jumped. Jen changed her gloves three times and when I wanted to look she gave me a glove to wear. When I sat up to look at it I was surprised it looked weird but pretty.
I called my boyfriend to tell him what I did and he sounded like some one on Jerry Springer. "no you didn't" I assured him I did. When he got home he asked to see it. He bent over and just said "oh my god" and he still can't believe I did this. When we went to have sex me became memorized by it and kinda forgot what we were doing...softly memorized. I didn't mind. He can't wait to try it out.
Since then I have been following the after care. Salt soaks (in an icecream dish) cleaning lightly in the shower with provone soap and play nice with condoms, no hands or oral for 2-4 weeks. I think it's already healed, but I will keep the aftercare up for the required time. Jen also informed me that turning the jewelry was not only unnecessary but kinda stupid and would just aggravate the piercing.
Its now 3 days later I used my vibrator on the out side and Oh my God, amazing it felt better to put the vibrator on the barbell top rather then over my clit I of course did this over my underwear and I must admit I've been enjoying my boyfriends car (which vibrates terribly when over 60) and got very happy about 4 times in ShopRite of course this was after I was still aroused from before. I would definitely recommend a Vertical Hood Piercing.
