The day I decided to get my vertical hood piercing, I had just turned 18 and I was in my apartment on the internet. It was raining outside; my friends were nowhere to be found. So I went to the BME website and started looking up vertical hood piercings, of course, not being a member I only got to see about 150 pictures. Out of those 150 pictures, I saw maybe 2 that were decent looking, maybe it was that I knew my genitals looked better than the ones shown, so I became inspired and I decided. I'm going to go get my hood pierced today!!

Mike is this bohemian looking guy with dreads and a really awesome black light tat on his chest. I remember was wearing a skirt that day and since it was raining, my legs were all wet from walking from the parking lot to the shop.
I filled out all the appropriate paperwork; he got out the jewelry and all the sterilized materials. Just then I remember my legs shaking and me thinking, I hope I don't regret this! So Mike asks me..."Becca, do you wanna do this in a professional manner or do you wanna do it a little bit pornstarish?" of course i said i wanted to do it pornstarish, this is an experience worth remembering!! So about 5 minutes later after I get naked from the bottom down, I'm there spread eagle in front of this guy, and he's wiping my area with all this sanitizing stuff. After that, I see him trying to find a way to clamp my hood when he tells me, "You're hood is too small, I don't think its safe to pierce it." so he starts touching it, finding a way to grasp it and I'm thinking to myself, if this guy keeps touching me I'm going to have a massive orgasm! When he told me my hood was too small I started to worry because I didn't want to screw anything up down here. I end up telling him, ok Mike, then don't worry about it, ill pierce my nipple or something. Right then and there he said had a hold of it. I was trying to hold still as he marked me with his marker, when I got a cramp in my right hip. I was like..."Shit, if i move, he's going to have to spend another fifteen minutes trying to clamp it again! My legs were spread so far apart on this chair that I thought to myself, if he doesn't do this fast, my going to get a cramp on my other hip. So he's asking me tell me when it doesn't hurt anymore. He starts testing the spots out and finally after about 5 tries I tell him THERE, THERE!!
He then told me to take a deep breath...so I inhaled. As soon as I finished exhaling, I felt the needle go through, and I screamed afterwards, when the jewelry was getting put in. As I stepped out, I felt fine, he read me my care instructions and asked me if I understood everything that I was told. There was a couple sitting in the waiting area and the guy asked me what I had gotten done, when I replied, he looked at me with this face like, "When can we get together" His girlfriend was aware of his intentions and immediately began to bitch at him. Mike told me to buy some bactine and keep on it for the next three weeks or so. He also explained how long I couldn't have sex for. So, I was on my way with $45 less in my pocket.
As soon as my piercing healed, I started to mess around with it. I would regularly go running in the mornings and I would feel the piercing rubbing against me and it just made me want to run much faster because it felt so good!! Ultimately, I think I wasn't expecting such great results. I've always had a pretty good sex life. But I never let guys know I have a piercing right away. I try not to tell them, because if I do, they'll assume I automatically want to sleep with them, which in most cases, I don't because I have great luck with assholes. Most guys who have seen it say it's a total turn on being that its something so different. And being that I shave everything down there its looks extra nice and guys just want to dive right in there I guess you can say. I really cant complain. This has been an incredible experience for me. I don't regret it at all!
It took approximately 3 weeks to heal. And to this day, I'm so glad I did it!!
