My Beautiful Clit Piercing

I am 22 years old and I have always been fascinated with body art and I had been contemplating the idea of getting an extreme piercing. I had already had my ears pierced several times as well as my nose and I was making a decision between piercing my nipple or my clit. Some things I thought alot about before talking with anyone else about having it done was whether or not this is what I really wanted, what if it doesn't turn out right, or what if it got infected. Lot's of questions and worries went through my mind. And I worked on answering them with the help of professionals as well as myself for about a month before talking to friends about having my clit pierced. I knew one person casually that had her clit pierced, but not well enough to confront her and ask about it. So, I never really got the chance to talk to anyone who had it done before I got my piercing. The next step I took was to talking about it with my boyfriend.

After talking this over with my boyfriend of two years, he expressed to me that he thought the clit was much more erotic and personal for the both of us. It was after that discussion that I finally made my choice of having my clit pierced. Of course, this wasn't just a rash decision, I had been thinking this over for at least 3 monthes.

I checked out every parlor in my town as well as near by parlors, taking tours to assure cleanliness and sterility, after all the clit is not a place where infections would be easily taken care of. I made my choice of Ground Zero Tattoo and Piercing Parlor to get this done. They talked to me about the precedure and healing process as well as showing me that they use new needles each time and that everything is very sterile. I talked to all the different artists there and felt really comfortable with Marquell, the female piercing artists, and I knew that I would feel better about having a woman who was familiar with female genitals work with me. I made an appointment that day for the following weekend. I went home excited and looking forward to the weekend ahead.

The day I went in, I must say I was extremely nervous. I knew I wouldn't regret it though. So, I walked in and the female piercing specialist took me into the room where it would be done. Everything was very clean, much like a doctor's office, and I was much more comfortable having a female do it than I would have been with a male. They talked to me about where they would be marking the spot for the piercing and did so. Then I took a deep breath and tried to relax as she grasped my clit with the forceps. She asked me if I was ready and I replied yes. As the needle penetrated my clit I felt a slight pain and discomfort, but more so, I experienced sort of like a warm, tingling wave throughout my body. It was a little bit pleasurable. It wasn't until I saw the blood that I felt any real pain. But, that is the way I have always been. Looking back on my experience, I would say that the forceps were more painful than the piercing itself was for me. The needle itself was not so bad, looking at the needle before the actual piercing was done was worse than the feeling I experienced.

It was a bit uncomfortable riding home in the car and sitting down or walking. But, after about a week the soreness began to fade away and my clit was looking better, not as bruised. It was still a bit painful washing the whole genital area however. It wasn't too long before I started feeling great about my new piercing, and my boyfriend loved it as well.

It's been a year since I've had it done, and sex is even more awesome than before. It took a while, but the piercing healed and turned out wonderfully. I love it! When I look back on the nervousness and the 4 monthes I waited to have sex again, it was all worth it. I feel like I have one of the most beautiful accessories in the world. Another thing I enjoy about having it is that it's not exposed to everyone, it's private and that makes it more erotic to me. Lately, I have been thinking about getting my right nipple pierced and if I do decide to, I am hoping that it will go just as well as the clit piercing did.
