After visiting the BME site on several occasions, I called my wife in and showed he the photos of other men with P.A's. At the time she was not overly fussy on what she had seen and stated that, I would not be game enough to go through with it.

The more I visited the BME site the more determined I was to go through with it. But the only question was, who in this area did such piercing, and how do you ask and go through with it with out been embarrassed?

Sitting at home on my own one morning I just could not get the idea out of my head. So after reading some of the tails on BME I started to get things ready to proceed. I went and found a plastic knitting needle 4mm in diameter and bent it with a little heat into an inch circle so that the ends just touched. But then I could not find any thing big enough or sharp enough to make the hole.

Most of that morning was taken up looking in shops for some thing I could use to make the hole. I went into a chemist and asked about the cream to numb the area, but when they told me the price and started asking questions I said it was all for my son and said he could come back later.

On the way home I called into a hardware shop still looking for the perfect implement, and walked out with a yaul (sharpened screw driver). When I got home I sharpened it up a little more with a sharpening stone and dropped it into some detol solution with the ring that was made earlier.

I then went looking for some thing soft to put under the head of my penis so that i could push the yaul through as read in other stories and with time running short settled on a potato. Cleaned it best that I could grab the detol and the rest of the gear and headed for the bath room.

With all the gear now laid out on a towel on the bathroom cupboard, I cleaned myself up ready for the moment. I grabbed the yaul and carefully measured how far it was to go down before I would push it through. Then with a liberal amount of antiseptic cream placed on the
yaul, guided it into the opening to were I had my finger marking the depth. Slowly raised the yaul until I could feel a dull stinging sensation and pressed my penis down onto the potato and the leaned on the handle of the yaul.

Keeping the pressure constant, the pain was surprising less than anticipated but I could not work up the courage to push it through with one motion. So I stood there for a while with the pressure on wondering what to do now.

It stung for a while the went pop as the yaul went through into the potato. Still with very little pain, I pushed it through to make the hole bigger and pulling the potato off the yaul, marveled at the site of my penis with this shining steel sticking through.

Getting the ring ready with a bit of antiseptic cream, I slipped the yaul back out followed by the ring onto the new hole with very little blood and hardly no pain. Then took a couple on minutes to look in the mirror at my new jewelery (even if at that time it was plastic).

I cleaned every thing up and put away all the equipment and walked around the house with a sense of contentment and wonder. Later I had a shower but was unsure in this would sting or hurt but the feel of the warm water offer some further relief to the numb sensation that was now starting to settle in. I sat naked in the lounge room and waited for my wife to come home but could not wait and called her on her mobile and told her that she now owed me some jewelery. When she finally came home she was pleased at what she could see.

About a month later we replaced it with a 10 gauge cb that my wife had to buy for loosing the bet. I am very happy with what was achieved, but recommend that you don't go running for a couple of months after as it can become rather uncomfortable until it heals fully or you get use to it. While running one day the ring came apart and caused some damage and bleeding. This delayed the time before I could try out the new equipment on my wife.

My wife also now loves the look and feel of the P.A and does not want me to take it out. The sensation while having sex is now beyond belief and we are still learning how to use the new equipment without causing discomfort to each other, but the fun is in the finding out.

While self piecing is not a good idea, I do not have any regrets for this attempt but will probably not do this again.
