I asked him a whole ton of questions and started reading about it here on BME and other sites. After couple more weeks I decided that a Prince Albert would be my first mod.

I called New Tribe in Toronto set the appointment and started to prepare mentally for what I was about to do.
The day arrived and I was pretty nervous. My friend picked me up and we were off to downtown Toronto. On the way there I was getting less and less nervous because in the back of my mind I knew there was no chickening out. I had set to do this and I was going to do it no matter what. When I filled out the form I have decided to do it with a 10 gauge CBR because that seems to be what everyone gets at the beginning. He showed me the ring as well as the needle and the receiving tube and after seeing them all I thought that it wasn't going to be too bad.
We talked a little bit about the piercing and the aftercare he asked if I had any questions and then it was time. I dropped my pants and laid on the bed and stared at my friend who was sitting right behind me. She hugged me and tried to keep me as calm as possible for the upcoming pain I was about to endeavour.
It was time, he took out the receive tube and told me that this is the most uncomfortable part. It didn't hurt THAT much but yes it was very uncomfortable especially when it got to the bottom of my urethra. At this point it was a pure adrenalin rush. He told me he was about to do the piercing and I told him I was ready. To tell you the truth the pain was very bearable. When he pierced it there was a strong pain for about 2 sec. or so and by the time I let out a groan it was over with. He inserted the ring inside which I could barely feel and it was done. The whole procedure took about 1min.
I relaxed for a bit looked down and there was a shiny new ring through my dick. It looked really cool and as soon as I saw it I knew I did the right thing and I am proud of it.
Walking with it at the beginning was pretty weird because I could feel the weight of the ring and when it hit my boxers it felt a little uncomfortable. It was pinching a bit at the beginning but within the day I could walk around normally and barely notice it. It only bled a lot the first day; by the second day there was still some traces of blood but very little.
The first pee was not as bad also but it did hurt a bit. Nothing that is not bearable. I was kind of scared though and I didn't pee too much so it hurt a bit for the second and third pee as well. I have problems peeing standing up into a toilet bowl so when I am at home I just sit down, as it is much easier but in urinals I have no problem peeing it only drips a little bit from the bottom.
I managed to wait 6 days before I started to play with it and that was my first masturbation experience. It is not different at all but I have noticed that the sperm shoots out longer and all over the place. It has only been 3 weeks since I got it and I am still a little hesitant to have sex with it so I will wait another week or two before trying to have sex.
All in all I have no regrets on doing it and I am glad I did it. It has changed my life quite a bit I look at things differently now because I did something that is definitely not that normal. If you are thinking about getting a PA done I suggest take your time read up on it and do it because its not as scary as you think it is and it definitely doesn't hurt as much as you think it would.
