My First Piercing

About three years ago my boyfriend talked me into getting a Tattoo. I was not really sure I wanted one so I agreed to get a small shamrock next to my left nipple. Because my birthday is Saint Patrick's.

This past year I began having a midlife crisis. I didn't want another Tattoo because it's so permanent. So I thought I would try a piercing. While on vacation in Michigan I stopped into a Tattoo shop and asked about a Frenum the piercier told me that they often rip out. Then I asked him about a Guiche. He told me that I wouldn't want it because it's very uncomfortable. So I left thinking I wouldn't get any piercing. The words "rip out" just echoed in my head. I don't like pain and rip out just scared me.

But after looking at the BME site for several weeks over and over I knew I wanted to try a piercing. I thought I know some people with a Prince Albert and they have never ripped out. So I started calling local Chicago Tattoo and Piercing shops. I found that the best price was at "Tatu Tattoo" were I got my Tattoo. I spoke with Bob Jones who does body piercing. He is a young guy but was very professional and answered all my questions. He had me sign the consent form and went over the aftercare process. I decided to have a Prince Albert ever though he told me that the Frenum wouldn't rip out. When I got into his small piercing room I sat on the examine table. He had me drop my pants as he explained the process to me. I was excited and apprehensive about getting my first piercing. Bob put on his rubber gloves then marked were the piercing should go. I told him I was thinking of a 14-gauge capture ring. But he recommended that I go with a 10 gauge. So I agreed. He used a Q-tip to apply a numbing cream before the piercing. He had me start breathing slowly while he put the receiving tube in my urethra. Then when he told me to take a deep breath and hold it he inserted the needle and put in the capture ring before I had time to react. I was shocked how quick and painless it was. He then loosely wrapped my penis with paper towel covered it with a rubber glove and secured it all with a rubber band. He told me to wear clean underwear for the next couple nights when I go to bed for the bleeding. I drove myself home feeling fine. When I got home and took off my pants I was stunned the paper towel had turned red form my blood. I didn't ever realize that I was bleeding. I slowly unwrapped myself and took a shower washing myself carefully with antibacterial liquid soap. I wore old clean underwear to bed and only had a few bloodstains after the first night. The next two nights I had no bleeding at all. My boyfriend and I both enjoy my Princ e Albert. Now six months later I wish I had gotten it done years ago.

I never thought that I would get into piercing because I can't even stick myself with a needle. But after enjoying my Prince Albert I am thinking about getting my Guiche done but that will be another story. Right now I am trying to stretch my 10 gauge Prince Albert to at least an 8 gauge or 6 gauge. I have to be careful because like anything I don't want to over do it. I like Tattoo's but a few look good and a lot is often too much and you lose the effect you want. I think it's the same with piercing a few is cool a lot just makes a person look like a giant pin cushion. :)

I have found that at least for me having my Prince Albert Piercing is great fun. When at work or out nobody knows that I have it unless I decide to tell them. So it's like a private joke on the world at large and telling people can be a lot of fun in, it's self. Just watching the expression on their face when you tell them you have a Prince Albert. Most people than ask to see it and if they are cute who knows were it could lead. As for sex it is wonderful the few times that I, may not even be in the mood for sex. Just playing with the capture ring for a few minutes and I get horny. My Prince Albert has become my natural form of Viraga.

The only trick to having a Prince Albert is that it takes a couple weeks to learn how to pee standing up without getting your self wet or making a mess around the toilet. I have found it best to lean toward the toilet and to only pee when you really have to go because then the stream is strong and easier to control.
