Well, my experience of getting a Albert is not unlike many of the other guy's who have detailed there accounts here, although I can't help feeling I have been somewhat 'lucky', in having such an easy and almost 'pain free' P.A.
After hitting '40' this year, and going through a divorce after 18yrs of marriage (now living with a 22yr old), many of my friends thought I was experiencing some kind of mid-life crisis!. The truth is I have had a desire to own a P.A for at least 10yrs or more after seeing photo's in a magazine, but my ex' was dead against it and disapproved of what she thought was too extreme a mod.
With my ex', long gone...and my new partner into piercing and finding a P.A an exciting turn on.... there was nothing stopping me now...the aching desire that had been eating away at the back of my mind could now be a reality.
After spending weeks investigating every piece of material on the net, including the invaluable experiences on the B.M.E site which I found most informative, I decided I knew all I had to know...the time was right for me to do it...something I really wanted, something for me!
I often drove passed a Tattoo Studio in York that displayed a large sign proclaiming ALL BODY PIERCING AVAILABLE HERE. So last week I decided to give them a call and check out their knowledge of P.A's. I spoke to the owner, Steve Lee a down to earth guy with a relaxed down to earth attitude, he didn't tell me anything that I didn't already know, but he was certainly very knowledgeable and more importantly experienced...he claims to have done well over 100 P.A's, and assured me there was 'nothing to it'. He suggested I come down to his Studio and have a more detailed chat and he would show me the procedure 'step by step'.... that was not necessary, I had already made up my mind after 10 yrs I didn't need any more convincing I just wanted one done as soon as possible, but I didn't want to have to sit around and wait, could I make an appointment? Tuesday was my day off. Sure, he said come down Tuesday 10.30 when I open up and I'll have you in and out in 5 mins, Cool! That was what I was after.
Tuesday morning I woke at 7.00am and I was buzzing with excitement! At last I was going to have my P.A after all these years.... what a high!!!. I couldn't wait to get to his Studio and get it over and done with.
I was there for 10.20am, Steve greeted me at the door with 'Bloody Hell, your keen, aren't you!'.... Of course, I said, I've waited a long time for this lets get it on! 'Chill, finish your cig' first!' was his reply.
He took me through to the clinically clean rear room, talking all the time and putting me at ease, of course I knew what to expect and after having a real bad experience after a vasectomy 9yrs ago, I had prepared myself for 'the worst' to come. 'Drop your jeans and your boxer's and sit on that chair' Steve proceeded to tell me that he would know just by looking at me what size C.B.R he should use and exactly where he would pierce, his experience had taught him that every Guy was different but one thing was for sure, you either bleed or you don't! Okay, I know, I told him I expected to be a bleeder! Right then I decided to look up at the ceiling and just take it like a man, all I felt was a slight sting (just like a pinch) as the needle went through, it was not at all bad maybe 2/3 out of 10. I looked down to see Steve pulling the ring through,' that's it mate, you've got yourself an Albert, and the good news is, your not a bleeder!'.
I was so elated, there it was on the end of my knob! It looked absolutely awesome! After all these years I had finally done it, and what a feeling! I told Steve that I couldn't believe how easy that had been and he said, 'Well, I told you there was nothing to it, the problem is, most piercer's make too much of it and that in itself can freak you out!'. Maybe I'm just a 'Hard Bastard', but I honestly only felt a slight pinch and nothing else.
This Guy certainly knew what he was doing, and I couldn't thank him enough, he didn't rush me out, we chatted for another 15 mins, and he told me to come back and see him anytime and he would advise me on stretching it.
24 hrs later and I'm still on a high. Apart from a few spots it's hardly bled at all!, it hasn't stung at all during urination and probably due to the fact that I have a very slack foreskin there has been no difference in the flow or problems directing it.... I feel sorry for all you 'cut' guy's it must be a nightmare (l,o,l)!!! No swelling, no bruising and no pain at all just this amazing erotic feeling of the ring sitting on the end of my knob!
My partner is over the moon with my P,A, she too thinks it looks awesome, and can't wait to try it out! All I would like to say to you is 'go for it!'.... if your reading this you know that you want one, so just go out find an experienced piercer (like Steve) and have it done. Okay so like I said at the start I may have been a little lucky, but at the end of the day I really think it all comes down to the Guy who stabs you.
I now feel so contented and so complete, now I have my Albert, and I am so excited about the future
