So, it was February 2004. It was my second semester at SUNY at Delhi and I was an RA. For those who don't know, an RA is a Resident Assistant, we live in the dorms, and help try to enforce the rules of the college.

I decided to bring some others to get pierced also. As an RA we have to do different programs throughout the semester. I decided I would do a program which would allow me to bring a few students to a neighboring town for all of us to get pierced.
I called up the lady who ran the shop, Lollipop, everyone called her. Her real name was Annette; her shop is on Oneonta, NY. She wasn't the best piercer, but she was affordable for me. This is probably one of the worst reasons to go to a piercer, ever!
So as I was saying, I talked to her beforehand in order to make sure everything was alright and that I could bring a large group on this specific day. I told her I wanted to get three 10 gauge frenums. She tried to argue with me a bit, saying she doesn't like to use larger gauge needles, and she wanted to do it in a 14 gauge. I told her I would much rather have 10 gauge, and she said that she did not have that jewelry in stock, and would have to order it. She said the jewelry would be in by the date that I'd be there.
The day finally came, I was thrilled. Phoebe, one of the Resident Directors on campus was going to drive a school van to transport the students that signed up for my program and me. When we got there, Lollipop told me she didn't order the 10 gauge barbells for my frenums, I was pissed off. I couldn't believe it.
She told me they sold jewelry across the street, and I could buy three barbells from there. I walked over, and bought three 10 gauge barbells; they didn't charge me too much which was nice. I went back, we talked and I was going to be the last to get pierced.
The others went, and got a few things done. While I was in the waiting room I was talking to the other people who were waiting that didn't come with me. I was talking with this one girl for a while; she was there to get her hood piercing looked at. It was agreed that she would let me watch her hood get checked out if I let her watch me get pierced. I had no objections. Alright I've got a hand to hold, wonderful.
I waited, patiently, till everyone else was done. Once it was my turn I walked into the room, and sat down on the table. Two other girls came into the room with me one had my camera and the other was going to hold my hand. The piercer told me to expose myself essentially; I opened my pants and pulled them down a little bit. Lollipop looked, and made 4 marks, I looked at them, and I was happy with where they were.
So I laid back, held the one girls hand, and kept taking deep breaths. She wasn't going to use clamps which made me a little nervous, but I trusted her (unfortunately). She came over with the needle. I never watched while getting pierced before, and I wasn't going to start now! She pierced the first and I actually screamed. I had a number of piercings at the time, but I didn't do it for the pain. This was definitely one of the most painful. I told her to go ahead with the second. She pierced again, and I screamed again. I was originally planning on getting three done, but I couldn't take more than two. I laid there for a minute to try and regain my composure. I then put everything away, and stood up. I felt fine, after standing around for a bit, I felt a little wet, so I went to the bathroom. It was a bloody mess; I grabbed some toilet paper, wrapped myself up, and left the bathroom.
A few days later, I had to try to see if I could masturbate-I could and that was good to know. After a few days I noticed that the bars seemed to be a little off. I wasn't too worried about it, just a little disappointed.
I went back to Lollipop's one day, and told her about it. She asked to see, so I went into the room, and showed her. She said that they were crooked, and would re-do them for free for me. I told her that I'd rather just get the other barbell that she was holding for me, and I would have my other piercer do them for me. She handed me my other barbell and said, "Well, what do you expect for free?"
I was shocked... I couldn't believe what she had just said to me. After that moment, I swore this woman would NEVER work on me again. I had also planned on trying to help educate some of the people at my school, so that they do not go to this piercer who doesn't seem to care about how some of her piercings turn out. This woman gives away a lot of piercings. She basically tells anyone who comes in, if you get 2 piercings, the third is free, which means that 1/3 of the piercings she does she doesn't give a shit how they turn out.
I will never return to this piercer, and I hope no one else does either.
