I just got a guiche piercing today. I've never had a piercing or
tattoo before, though I've been thinking about getting one for a while. I saw some dude with one in a porn and though it looked damn hot. I wanted to get some sort of genital piercing but had way too much fear. I like the look of ampallangs as well but I don't feel comfortable having my dick head scarred. Today was my 32nd birthday; i'm not getting any younger so i decided what the heck.
I had it done by Patrick Bogdanich at Koi studio in Salt Lake City, UT. I called them up today. The lady said to just come into the studio and they would be able to do it same day. There was an interesting bunch of people in the studio: a mom with an infant baby, lots of 20 year olds, a 60 year older lady (not exactly sure what kind of piercing she was interested in getting), a mom with her teenage daughter, some lesbian chicks, etc. The lady up front was cool. She had lots of nice tattoos and she was really pleasant. The piercing shop is really clean and serious about hygiene. I'm fairly certain that they wont let you touch the jewelry that's displayed in the cases. They had me read an hygiene pamphlet before i went in for the piercing. They also had me give them my drivers license and sign some sort of release form.
Patrick, the piercer was cool as well. He also has lots of tattoos as
well as big ear rings. According to the pamphlet that they gave me, he is a master piercer and has been doing piercings for many years. He said that only about 5 guys per year come into the studio to get this sort of piercing (I never wanted a generic sort of piercing so that made me feel good). He asked why I wanted to get this particular piercing. He asked if it was because of a dare. I said no; it was just that I thought it looked cool. He said he liked them as well however he is an avid cyclist and that it would probably hinder his performance. After he asked if I had any other questions, he told me to drop my pants and get on all fours on the table. I got in a doggie position and he then marked the spots that were to be pierced. Then he wanted me to stand on my knees to again make sure the marks were perfect. Then he said to get on all fours again. He put on a clamp, stuck the needle in, and finally put in the ring. The piercing was only painful for like one second. It just felt like a bee sting. I got a 10 gauge. I don't know why everyone thinks piercings are painful. wimps!!! There was a mirror right behind me so I could see the piercing between my ass and balls; it looked so damn hot. I thanked him and then exited the piercing room.
There were a lot of people in the main hallway awaiting their own piercings. They had no idea what kind of piercing I got. Or maybe they suspected that it was a genital piercing because Patrick shut the door closed after i went in (whereas for the other piercings
before me, the door was always ajar). I gave the lady up front 60
dollars for the piercing and ring,10 dollars for the spray, and a 20 dollars tip for Patrick. I thought he definitely deserved it for a job well done.
I don't have any pain now and the freakin' thing looks hot! Nobody will know what's dangling behind my big balls except myself and a few special people. People at work will think "here's so and so...a 'normal' dude" and never thing twice that i have a ring behind my nuts. Thats one thing that i think is so cool about this particular piercing. You can be wild below your pants without getting fired from the job or having people making presumptions about you at work.(I have a very white collar job and having an earing would not work at all). Plus I'm just not interested having a piercing that's visible to the general public.
I plan on taking good care of the piercing and spraying it with lots of salt spray for the next six months. I also bought a shower hand held nozzle to make sure the area is squeaky clean.(as recommended by Patrick the piercer).
I really hope this thing heals well. I'll make sure to sit on the
back of my butt so that im not sitting right down on the piercing. I'll try to wear boxers so that a lot of air gets to the piercing. I'll try not to cycle for the next few months.
I plan on keeping this piercing on me for the rest of my life. It
symbolizes a coming of age. It represents my manhood and strong sexuality. It's about not letting fear take control and just going out and doing it. This is one of the coolest birthday presents u can ever get yourself! I'd recommend anyone who wants one to just do it!!
