So I was looking at the piercings I could get down there. I really wanted to get a Prince Albert at first. Then I was thinking well hey, who does this benefit... is it worth getting a different one based on the pro's con's of who get affected. Thats when I read about the Apadravya.

The only thing that concerned me was 1-the healing time was longer than I wanted, longer than anyone wants I think, and 2-I don't know if the top will close entirely after it's fully healed ya know.
That was it. I read a ton of stories about guys getting it pierced describing 'white' pain (why does it does it gotta be white?). I was set. No going back. I told a few of closer female friends cause well, I wanted moral support the day of, I wanted one of them to come with me. They all bailed. Silly me. I canceled. I re-scheduled for the next week when one of my friends were available and she canceled again, I went anyway.
The day of. (The Pierce)
Once I got to Saint Sabrina's in Minneapolis, I was greeted by, I don't know his name but he was the manager I think (they have an Ikea video hes in the 3rd section). He gave me the paperwork to fill out and I went to work. I filled it in. Gave it to the guy, and he said, "Lets talk about jewelery." So he had said that this is straight barbell pierce. Normally people start with the 10 gauge or 8 gauge. I was a little amazed. Everything I had read said 12 gauge was the norm and 10 gauge was going big. This guy said he had this piercing and said the 8 gauge is more 'sturdy', I didn't understand how but then he said something about smaller guages have a tendency to turn on their own causing more irritation. You know I am not the pro here these guys are. I took his word on it.
Then my piercer, Jesika, came down and was very professional about the whole thing. She asked if I did any on-line research about this before I came in. I told her yep. I asked her some questions about the after care. Then I had to pay for it at the counter, and follow her up stairs. We got to her office, it was more like a doctor's office with character. She told me that I could either remove my pants entirely or just drop them to my knee height and get on the counter. "Lie all way back" she said. Then she told me that she was going to tell me everything she was going to do before she did it. She then took a few minutes to study and mark my penis. After she marked it she asked me if I wanted to see where she wanted to go through. I looked at it and then looked at the other side and noticed it was slightly slanted, I liked the placement. I lied back down, she then coaxed me on how to breath in... deep, and breath out deep. After three or four reps of this breathing she pushed in from the bottom, and yep it hurt but was quick, then, I was breathing out, and it really hurt I didn't say any obscenities but oh it hurt. But it was done. Imagine that scene in the Matrix when Neo first gets the thing in the back of his head before the program. That's all. It was done. Then I thought about what just happened. I got really light headed I blinked and she had turned a fan on, dimmed the lights, gave me a sucker for sugar and had some aroma therapy thing.. Now that I think back I don't think I fainted but it's possible. She made is seem like I hadn't. I am 99% sure I hadn't. I looked at it. I sat up I saw it. It looked amazing. She then said that normally there is more blood, there was hardly any. She wrapped it with a thick paper towel bound it with 3 small rubber binders, then she took one of her blue gloves and removed it over the paper towel and bound it with two rubber binders. I looked at my covered manhood. I pulled my pants up and walked out.
After I left, I had to use the bathroom about a half hour later. I was at a Chipotle and used their bathroom. I was able to remove the, I am going to call it cast, from my penis and use the restroom and yea it hurt, it was bearable but you definitely want to go more often once this is done so you don't have anymore power behind your urine then normal. I re-casted my penis, but I did it incorrectly. By the time I got to where I was going, my friends work, I could feel part of the glove in the wrong spot on one of my legs. Thankfully I hadn't bled anymore but I could've and that would've meant me explaining my situation in a room full of strangers. I hung out there until I had to leave for work. I work a desk job. I was on for eight hours and used the bathroom mid-way through my shift. I had bled more and just re-bandaged it again. Shift ended, I went home. I took a nice hot shower. It felt so good. To have the hot water run down you front over and around it. After that I re-casted it one more time before I went to bed. I went to bed.
The second day. (First Erection)
I woke up with my first erection. It was painful, but not horrible. I'd say worse then the urinating at first. I quickly got up and went to the bathroom cause I also needed to pee. So that was back to back. I hoped in the shower after that (it was 6:30am, the erection woke me up). I packed my backpack for the day. I hoped on a bus near my house and rode it for an hour to my brothers place, we were going to head out to a nerd tournament. We were off. I needed to use the bathroom about at 11:30am. I used it and had the same issues as the day before but it hurt less today. I re-casted and went on with my day. Around 3pm I had some sharp pains, down there. I don't think they were from anything in particular. But they definitely happened. My friend came and picked me up at 4:30pm. We went home I made a cup of the salt solution, I have no idea what a tsp is so I guessed. I dipped removed my cast and dipped my guy in the cold water. Let him sit submerged for a few minutes and called it good. My friend and I went to to a comedy club had fun, I had to use the restroom once when I was there. Every time I have used the bathroom it has been less and less painful. I went home and relaxed. After all that I went to bed.
The third day. (Comfortable Erection)
I woke up but not until 8:30am. This may have had to do with me being up till 2am or so. I had an erection but it didn't hurt. I still was using the cast. It felt different today. I had removed my cast in bed to look at it. I had an erection. It didn't hurt at all. I was amazed. I was like hey its my first comfortable hard on with the piercing. So I lied in bed till I had to use the bathroom. I used it and it hurt a little still. I took another long hot shower. I went back to bed. It was Sunday. I didn't get out of bed again till noon. I stopped using the cast after I woke up and the erection didn't hurt. I wasn't bleeding anymore. Around 4:00pm I did a salt soak. 6:00pm I had to use the bathroom again. I took another shower at midnight. Now I am going to bed.

A month in now.
I now can move the piercing up and down comfortably. I am still trying to re-master the art of urinating standing up. I can still feel it when i have a hard on but its not painful, it just is there. It's great.
If you are looking at this piercing and are considering it I would get it again. It did hurt. But this is my first piercing and probably not my last because it wasn't that bad. Considering this is the most painful I'm not afraid of any other piercings either, well except the Amperlang. That one is a no-no.
