Well, here I'm telling you the whole story about me and my long awaited Ampallang.

Since then I have, from time to time, thought about having an ampallang myself. But from that time to now it took me about 9 years :-)
At the age of 19 I went to my piercer to talk to him about this piercing and he suggested I get a frenum piercing first to have a "lighter" experience first :-) but as I didn't want a frenum but an ampallang, he suggested I'd better think about it some more to be absolutely sure about it.
I then doubted about doing it for at least one more year and when I was finally about to do it my girlfriend asked me not to take this step as she was afraid any harm could be done to my best piece :-) But this only lead to me waiting some more months and then go back to the studio to finally perform my piercing.
Talking to Tobi (my former piercer) about my summer holidays that were about to come, he again refused to pierce me as I was planning to go on a bicycle-trip around england, and he then told me to come back after the tour. And so I did, but by then my girlfriend had left me and my new girlfriend talked me into waiting some more time, so again - no ampallang for me :-(
Finally, after 3 more months my girlfriend and I decided to go and have me pierced as I had by then talked her over... by then I had changed my piercing studio from wildcat/essen to deepmetal/dortmund.
The Great Day:
On that day I had not planned to do anything else but having my ampallang done, so at about 2 p.m. we left my flat and went to the train station to go to dortmund (a one hour ride away from my house). On our way to the studio I turned really nervous but this time it was her who made me fulfill my dream instead of chickening out.
When we arrived at the studio I went straight to Andrea's table and started by saying "Hi, I'm rather nervous, but I'm sure about wanting an ampallang done!"
So she made me fill out all the paperwork, and then talked to me for over half an hour about all possible risks, restrictions and healing time.
But still I was sure about what I wanted there and so she asked me to come into the piercing room and showed me where to lie down. I pulled my pants to my knees and told her how big my dick was when erect (I measured him to find the right jewelry size). She then numbened my penis with some xylocain-spray so that I would later not feel the pressure by the clamps used and started to prepare everything. I have to say that she worked absolutely sterile and changed gloves for every step she made!
When she was ready and she had prepared everything she again washed her hands and marked the points where the needle should soon go in and out and asked me if I liked the placement, which I really did. So we waited for the sterilization to be ready and Andrea grabbed the clamps and applied them to my beloved penis. This was, although we had used the spray earlier, the most painful moment of all, as my dick was pressed down to some millimeters. Then Andrea grabbed the needle and asked for the maybe 300th time if I was ready, and before I could answer her question he needle went in. This felt rather funny as it was a sharp pain which felt rather cold to me... on the trip through the penis I didn't feel the needle at all, but then again when she came out the sharp cold pain returned. From then on everything went really fast, removing the clamps and inserting the jewelry into the needle. After screwing on the second ball my penis started to return to its original form what felt rather funny. Then I was ready to put my pants on again, leave the room with a big smile on my face and pay Andrea for the "damage" done to me...
My ampallang is now 8 weeks old and until now rather well healed without any complications so far... the jewelry is a 10g titanium barbell
It cost me 100€ - i think it was worth it...
So now all I can do is hope that my future girlfriends will accept oder even like / love my ampallang as I deeply do so. Thanks to Andrea from Deep Metal Piercing in Dortmund and my ex-girlfriend Steffi who supported me in my plans!
