So many of these experiences seem to begin, I'm fairly straight laced, or I've always been a bit of a rebel but family life has quelled my modding, and so on. This one is just the same....

As a youngster, my piercing stopped with a couple in the left lobe and I've always found the subject of piercing and even the act an erotic one. In the past, my wife had joined in, although 2 daughter's later, private school etc, some things have had to give - at least in public.
A couple of years ago I got my nipples pierced at Tattoo Marks in Ashford, Middlesex. It's a small studio near the train station, but it is very clean, very efficient, very calming – but that was another story. Unfortunately, I seem to have nipples of quite different sizes and after initial healing, they looked quite unbalanced. The left survived, the smaller right did not, alas...
There are many ways to get pierced or stretched and although I'm pretty certain that this is one of the least hygienic and perhaps one of the least safe. It is, however, one of the most enjoyable and I would recommend it with a partner that you know well.
I'd been staying in Manchester on business for a few weeks at the end of a long project. My reason for visiting had been a successful one and so a few dozen of us headed out to a bar where the company fed us and got us fairly merry.
There's a lady that I have one of those love/hate working relationships with – and I figured that it would stay as just that. Anyway, the night drew to a close and I said my goodbyes to all and decided to walk back to the hotel. On the way out, my love/hate lady friend – who's anonymity I shall keep – appeared by the door ready to leave herself. As she leaned forward to peck me good-night on the cheek, very sweet, she rested her hand on my chest and figured there was something a little extra underneath.
'You show me yours and I'll show you mine', was the invitation that was whispered into my ear.
Cutting out the next 30 minutes or so, we ended up back in my hotel room and proceeded to carefully examine each others piercings. You see someone in the office and you never figure what goes on outside or underneath – so to speak.
One thing was bound to lead to another and let's just say that in time I became completely entranced by her beautiful nipple-rings, each of which had a shiny disk underneath. The rings were thicker than the 12g of my comparatively rather pathetic bar-bell and I think it was clear to her that I thought they were quite mesmerising.
'I stretched them myself', she said. 'Shall I do yours as a memento?'
As she could have done just about anything to me at that point, the only answer possible was yes. So she hopped off and came back with what I soon discovered was a 2mm insertion taper and some KY-Jelly.
Now, I remember being warned – when I had my nipples pierced - that it would be quite a sting. That wasn't too bad, but I was not really prepared for the pain that followed that night.
Still, life is all about experiences and in the words of the late, great Freddie Mercury, Pain is so close to pleasure.
She eased out my bar-bell and then moistened the taper with some of the jelly. Slowly but firmly, the insertion taper was pushed through my tiny little nipple hole. The whole process took about 15 minutes – which probably lessened the pain – but which helped to keep the intensity of the night at boiling point. Indeed you could describe the experience as a climatic one for both of us.
Shortly afterward, I found myself the proud owner of a 2mm nipple ring and memories of a truly unforgettable night. She bought me a 2mm nipple bar and a nipple disc – to match hers - the following day and we had some more fun swapping jewellery – I have to say that is one of the most bizarre sentences that I've ever written.
I don't remember getting any aftercare recommendations, but as with most wounds, the LITHA method seems to work best. I removed the nipple disc and just stayed with the bar after a few days as there was some residual soreness and quite a bit of redness. The one thing I do stick to is the salt soaks – sea salt, not the SAXO stuff (no chemicals) in half a glass of warm water – NOT HOT.
Life is full of experiences and full of surprises. We're so often told that we shouldn't judge by appearances. Let's just say that our working relationship will involve a little less hate from now on.
What's next? We've been talking quite a bit on the phone and most likely a bit of mutual stretching on my next visit – in a few weeks. Then perhaps something a little further down. I figured that if I get a PA in mid-July at the end of my next week with her, it'll be ready to test properly in September. That one will be done in a studio, not in a bedroom!
