Hello to all who reads this...here is the experience I went through. I am going to tell you the complete experience and truth (which is what I wish some of the other writers had done so that I could have been more prepared for this experience). I have since been told that this is the most painful piercing you can get done. Although I did not like the pain I endured I will be getting my clit pierced when my nipples heal. The whole experience took a total of thirty minutes.

First of all we went to Beyond Taboo Tattoo & Piercing Parlor in Macon, Georgia. Ashley helped me and also did the piercing. She was very nice and gentle. Ashley called me back to the piercing room and asked me to sit in the chair, then take the necessary clothes off (my shirt and bra), and she would start. She let my fiancé stay in the room with me. I am glad because I looked at him the whole time to keep my mind off of the whole thing. He really made me feel secure.

She prepared for the piercing by cleaning the area with iodine to remove any germs, and then she cleaned the iodine off, and put the clamps on. She said that the clamps would be uncomfortable, but I didn't even feel them that much. After that was the worst part; she stuck the needle in! OH MY GOSH, THAT HURT SO BAD!!! I jumped. I was brave enough to let her do the other one though. The only thing that I really felt was the needles.

Ashley left the needles in so that I could calm down and get used to something being there. I thought I was going to throw up. She told me that when you get a piercing your endorphins increase and your blood sugar decreases, and that causes you to feel light-headed and nauseas. She gave me a sucker to bring my blood sugar back up, put a cold compress on my forehead, and then she put the jewelry in. After she finished she told me to lay on the down until I felt better, and then I could leave.

When Ashley was done she explained to me how to clean my piercing. She said that I should buy some bactine and dial gold antibacterial soap. You have to wash your hands with the soap, run warm water over the piercing, use q-tips to brush away the crusties, and then you can use the bactine or the soap to clean the piercing. To clean the jewelry you have to turn the rings back and forth a few times and then rinse the soap off. I wash my hands with the soap and then I use the bactine to clean the piercing. I bought the bactine in the spray bottle. This makes it easier and less messy because you just spray it on the piercing.

After it was over I put my shirt back on and we left. I soon realized that I should have put my bra on too because when I walked my breasts bounced a little bit and it hurt. So I put my bra on and it held them so that I could walk without cringing at every step.

Later that day I was feeling like I had made a bad decision because I was in pain, but my fiancé assured me that it was okay. He also told me that he thought they were sexy, and he could not wait to touch them. He said that he wanted to touch them even more than he had before because they looked so cool, and he wanted to see how they made me feel.

The next morning I had to clean the piercing and turn the rings back and forth. I almost got sick again! It was painful also to clean them and turn them that first morning, but that night I was fine. I did not feel sick when I cleaned them. I wore a bra to bed so that I would not bump the piercing or move the rings while I was sleeping. Ashley told me that I could put band-aids over the rings so that they would not move while I was sleeping. You can not lie on your stomach, and that sucks because I love to lie that way when I am sleeping. You have to wait a month before you can go swimming too!!!

It has been five days since I got it done and when ever the rings move it hurts, but it doesn't bother me to clean and turn them anymore, but I still wear a bra to bed. My friend told me that after a couple weeks it should heal enough that it won't hurt when they move. I hope he is right. I can't wait for them to heal. I want to see what they feel like when it does not hurt. Plus I want to get my clit pierced as soon as possible!

If you decide to get this done please research it so that you know what you are getting into, and Good Luck!

Sincerely written, JENI
