It had been a while since I got any work done. In fact it had been 6 months since I got my tattoo and I was craving something. I needed anything, piercing or tattoo. I didn't have the money for more ink (in fact I still don't, heh) so I decided I'd get a new piercing. But what??!? I couldn't make up my mind. I want so much done that I couldn't decided heh. I was finally old enough to go out and get something done without my parent so I thought about getting something naughty. I had a little bit of graduation money left so I could pay for it on my own too.

But, I decided against that because I don't think I want those just yet. So I began to look at nipple piercings, and decided on it! Just a pair of horizontal nipple bars would do it for me.
Bad thing was I didn't have any way to go by myself, until one day my friend called and told me he was going to get a touch up on his tattoo and wondered if I wanted to come along. YAY! I could finally get my nipples pierced!! So I told him I was going to get something done too, and he was excited because he's never seen anyone get anything pierced let alone nipples.
The day came and we headed up to Devoted. I had never been there before, but my friend had been pierced there before so I figured it was safe. The atmosphere was nice and so were the people. My friend talked to the tattooist, while I sat and looked through the piercers portfolio. He came and we chatted for a bit and I told him what I wanted done, and he said "Cool".
Showed him my ID, and he went and got everything together. Me and my friend sat and I tried to stay cool with a plastered smile on my face.
The guy called me back, and I wanted my friend to come too. I went into the little room and shut the curtain. He asked me if I wanted barbells or rings, and I told him 14g barbells.
He told me to take my top off, so I did and handed it to my friend to hold. He then cleaned my nipples and marked them. It was a lot colder in there once he cleaned them! hehehe. I laid down on the table while the piercer changed his gloves for the um, 3 time? He then clamped my right nipple and told me to breath. So I did, and bam he shoved the needle through, it really didn't hurt. More unexpected than anything. He put the barbell in and closed it. Then he clamped my other nipple and told me to breath again, and BAM this time it hurt (but not really bad) and it caused my leg to jerk. He put the jewelry in and I was done!
I put my top back on, and paid him. Then we walked back out into the waiting area and my friend was ready to get tattooed. So I went and sat with him. While I was doing that I was talking to the tattooist and he kept looking at my chest and finally went "DUDE your bleeding" and called for the piercer to get me some gauze. I put it on them under my bra until I went home.
Well once I got home, it turns out my left nipple bleed REALLY bad, but my right didn't at all. Well I showed my Mom and she freaked out and called me crazy.
I cleaned them with dial soap and sea salt soaks. They did well for a while, then I could tell the barbells were too small because the balls began to sink in. I didn't think anything of it for a while cause I thought thats how they're supposed to be. They began to make an indention on each exit hole but I didn't have the money, time or way to get new jewelry for a while.
I recently started dating the best guy in the world and on our second date he bought me new jewelry for my nipples!
Now I wear 12g cbrs in my nipples and they are fine. But the piercer didn't pierce them exactly straight but I don't mind. They totally changed the way they were. The indention spots went away and they stopped hurting from time to time like they did with the barbells. I'm so much more happier with them! But I hope to soon get longer barbells to change from these rings because I like the look of barbells better than rings.
