Well my nipple piercing experience started about eight or nine months ago. I had wanted to get them pierced for a while and finally decided to have it done. The decision to get my nipples done was made mainly because the people that I was working for at the time would not allow any visible piercings on guys, finally in the end gave me one more reason to quit that job and go somewhere that wouldn't care.

So when I went to get them done I decided to go to a shop I knew had a good reputation, was clean and sterile, as well as one where the people working there liked what they were doing. So many tattoo places seem to do piercings only because everyone else is doing them not because of any true interest in them. I don't know maybe it is just me but I like someone who is excited and happy about what they do, someone who couldn't care less about piercing people should not be piercing people at all. Well I went into Body Fantasy only to learn that Zoe was not working, well I really wanted it done and I had someone willing to sign a piece of paper to allow them to so I said screw it I will let this guy pierce me, damn that was a mistake if you have never seen somebody's work don't let them work on you.

Back to the story then, he started off by telling me about the care and healing of them something that you really should listen to if you're getting pierced for the first time. I didn't really worry about listening too hard since a nipple is actually quite similar to an eyebrow in the healing and the way it is placed and done and I had an eyebrow ring until work made me take it out. So he marked my nipples with a pen examining them carefully even using rulers and such to check, I thought this was rather anal but I was under the impression that he knew what he was doing. I then was told to lie down on the table. He got the needle out greased it up and had me breath in then he would pierce and I was to breath out as he did so. Got the first one pierced it stung a little but no worse than an ear lobe or something of that nature. He got out another needle went to the other side and we repeated this routine. Damn that one hurt, I am figuring it has to do with the fact that you ju st had one done all the chemicals in your brain that tell you that something is hurting are working then and you know what is going to happen and are waiting for it. I got up tipped him his money and left happy to now have two more piercings done. They healed up fairly well and everything was fine until one of them started to migrate, so I got to watch as my cbr slowly made its way to the skin, when it finally got to the point that I could see the entire ring through my skin I took it went in and had it taken out. When I got that done Zoe told me that since it was so shallow to begin with she would redo it for free and to just come back in a month. I waited my month came back and had it redone and was fine, for a while, it hurt a little but the day after I had this done I went and got a Celtic armband done. After a while the other nipple started doing the same thing.

Well I finally got tired of that and one day at work took it out, probably not a good idea but I had no real problems with it. I went in to talk to Zoe about getting something else done figuring it had been so long since I had them pierced that I was only going to have one nipple ring unless I paid to have it done. Well I told Zoe what had happened and she told me to come on in and she would take care of it for me. She also replaced the one I still had in, seems that the rings that were put in the first time were just too small for the way my nipples are shaped. She changed it for me and took care of everything. So I guess in a few more weeks I am going to go in and have a match set again.

I would like to thank Zoe for everything she has done and recommend that anyone in the Sacramento area that wants something done go talk to her, she is friendly professional and she does a damn good job. Also I cannot say too many times to always make sure you know who is piercing you and that they know what they are doing, everyone pierces a little different but just take a look through their portfolio, see what they have done before and ask how it healed, generally they will be honest with you.
