Well, if Id have thought, even 5 years ago about having my nipples pierced, the answer would have been No, a 1000 times No. But people change and so do attitudes. I own a small business in a small country town and 'the suit' image is what is expected here. I suppose I first saw anyone with their nips pierced was on a Late Night TV show about clubbing and thought WOW, that's for me. The biggest thing to overcome was my Wife. She only has her ears pierced and so I joked with her about my nips. She thought I was joking and said OK if you want - so I took her at her word.

I felt sort of excited but a little embarrassed but was soon put at ease by Jenny - the girl who does the piercing. She knew me slightly anyway as I often see her walking through town and she could see I was nervous. I told her what I wanted and she called me through to the piercing room. She put me at ease straight-away and after I completed the paperwork for my left nip, we started.
Do you want some spray to freeze it she said.I can do that now and it will take about a hour to work. I wasn't too keen on the idea and said I would rather not if that was alright. After examining it she said, well I think you'll actually be OK and so I went along with what she said. After cleaning the area around my nip, she explained exactly she was going to do. She showed me the needle she was going to use, still in its pack and explained that by Law she had to do that. The area was very clean with a TV screen slightly above my head which I started to watch. I do not like needles at all and nearly fainted at the Hospital when I had to give a blood sample some time earlier.
Sat in the Dentists like chair with my shirt off, I felt nervous and excited, - This was it, there was no turning back now I thought. We agreed where the ring was going to go and she marked my nip accordingly. She told me to breath deeply and Fucking Hell, suddenly I had a weird sensation, a rush of pain and I looked down. There was a needle through my nip, Jesus I thought. Are you alright she said, Its nearly over and with that she put the ring though and closed the ball fitting. She was very sympathetic and told me I had very hard nips which is why I probably felt more pain. She told me to have a drink of glucose which I did while she cleaned me up. There was some blood but it dried up pretty quickly.
I looked down and WOW there it was, I was pierced - what a fantastic feeling to see yourself with a nip ring. I felt great. She gave me a leaflet with instructions on the hygene and cleaning plus a spray which she suggested I use for the first week or so.
We chatted for a few minutes and then I left. I went back to work, no one knew what I had done - my secret. Your in a good mood, one of the girls said, Yeh I know, he he.
That first night, I didn't know how to tell my Wife and so we went for a walk. How do I start, I thought, so I took a deep breath - I've had it done I said after a few minutes, you what, I've had my nipple pierced. She could hardly believe it at first and was taken aback, me the respectable businessman. I told her I loved it and after a couple of days I think she found excitement too,especially when she could feel it whilst having sex. That was about a year ago now. Since then Jenny has pierced the right one and I love em both. This New Year, I had more than a few drinks and told a couple of my mates. After the first shock, they are OK about it. Good on yer mate, one said. I wonder if he will get it done.
Now I want something else, I am thinking of a PA.Actually I would love a Septum piercing, but I don't think thats really possible.
If you are thinking about getting your nips pierced, don't wait -Go for it, that's what I say. If I can do it - so can you. Life is too short and I only wished I'd had the balls to get it done a lot earlier.
