I had been thinking about getting my nipples pierced for a while and had talked about it a lot with everyone that had theres done. I had heard mixed answers to the question of whether or not it hurt. Some would say that it did not hurt any more than a tattoo did, while others told me it was painful as hell. My girl friend was my biggest support in all of this, she had gotten her belly button pierced along with I do not even know how many different piercings in her ears and kept telling me that it was not going to hurt. After several weeks I had finally gotten up the courage to get it done. My girl friend and I had talked to a few friends of hers and they recommended a shop that was not far from our house, so we stopped by there a few times to check them out and they were always busy, I took that as a good sign.

On the day that my girl friend and I decided to hit the tattoo/piercing shop, it was Valentines day so we decided to make this our presents to each other, I would get pierced and she would get a new tattoo, romantic huh? We talked about it and she kept reassuring me that it was not going to hurt any more than the several tattoos that I already had did. But this was my nipple, new ground for me, and I have to admit that I was pretty damn scared. I nervously decided that if I could deal with my tattoos just fine and actually had gotten off on the pain then this was going to be fine, I am a man after all and should be able to deal with a little pinch on my nipple.
We had not really decided what kind of tat she would get, so we went in and looked at the tattoo books to pick out what she was going to get done. While we were there, we talked to several people about how good this place was and almost everyone said that they were awesome. I do have to admit that I did not think to ask anyone specifically if these guys could pierce, I assumed that because my girl friend had gotten hers done here without any major problems at all, I would not have any problems either. We checked out all the different bars and hoops that they had and I picked out these really cool solid gold ones that had a black/blue ball on the bottom of them. Then we started picking out what she was going to get, they had some sweet wraps and things like that, we decided on a "wreath of roses" in the shape of a heart for her back. We then met with the tattoo guy and the "piercer". Anyways, the guy that was doing me said it would be about an hour, so my girl friend and I we nt with the tattoo dude so that she could get hers done and then we would get my piercings done. The tattoo guy was awesome, he did exactly what we wanted and her tattoo turned out terrific.
Now it was my turn, I have to be honest, I was nervous to say the least. I have a dragon tattoo on my left bicep that is pretty huge (it takes up my whole upper arm) and a Thorn Wrap on my right bicep that is pretty huge also plus I have several piercings in my ear, so I'm no virgin when it comes to pain. I watched as the "piercer" got everything ready, cleaning this and messing with that, finally he said he was ready.
I sat in the chair and laid my head back to get in the "mood", so that I was ready when he clamped me. Well, I guess no one told this guy that he was supposed to clamp nipples and such when he pierced them, cause he did not clamp me. He asked if I was ready and I answered yes, assuming he meant that he was going to clamp me now.
He did not clamp me, instead he rammed the rod through my nipple!!! I sat there for a few seconds, thinking it was not as bad as I thought it would be. Then the sweating started and then the pain hit, all I can say is "OH MY GOD". I had never in my life felt pain like that and I have sliced my fingers open several times at work. After the initial wave of sweating hit me, then the pain, then I blacked out for a few seconds.
My girl friend came in the room and asked me what was wrong, saying that she had heard me yell out down the hall. I told her what he had done and she was totally shocked. We talked to the management afterwards and they explained that this guy was new and after doing this to me, he was going to be fired. She had come to this place and gotten her belly button done not that long ago but it was not with this guy, and like I said she did not have any problems at all. We have gone back to this place to get tattoos done, and we have told others about the work that they do, we have also told everyone not to get anything pierced at this place.
I have since gotten my other nip done (not by that place) and I'm thinking about getting my tongue done now. Well, thats my story, and every bit of it is the truth. If your ever in Tennessee, DON'T get anything pierced down there.
