Ready to Pass Out in Ybor

For as long as I can remember, I have loved the way pierced nipples look. However, I never did it becuase I thought the pain would be too much for me to take. I later got my hood pierced ("My Little Trouble Maker" is the title of the experience), and decided, what the hell, if I can do that then I can get my nips done. I had planned on waiting until the end of December to get them done, but the night before last I was thinking 'I'm going to get them done tommorow, damnit!'

I went to work to ask my kind of boyfriend Jessie to go with me, and ended up waiting until 8 pm for him to get off. It was almost midnight by the time we picked up his friend Ricky and headed to Ybor. We hit a minor roadblock when we found out that the people we were supposed to meet got searched going into a club and one got caught with drugs. We waited and waited to see what the deal was and finally Jessie and I headed to Monique's leaving Ricky to tell the others what the deal was.

I went into Monique's while Jessie smoked a cigarrette and told the guy, I wanted my nipples pierced with 12 g CBRs. He had to search for a few minutes for the guage I wanted becuase there was only had one out on display. I payed, and Jessie and I looked at tattoos that were on the wall until I was called back to the tiny little room.

I sat down, and I have to say that Jessie looked slightly more nervous and uncomfortable than me. Having been through the peircing experience once, I knew that I needed to relax myself and just kept breathing really slowly and deeply while the piercer got ready.

He marked my nipples, made sure they were even and clamped the left one. I held Jessie's hand (and just as with Baldy in my other experience, I didn't need it, it was just there in case) while D told me to take a deep breath saying 'hold it, hold it, hold it, ...let it go'.... It hurt a bit but i just lightly clenched my mouth and breathed in deep. It was a burning pain mostly, not sharp and quick like my hood. He put the jewelrey in which hurt a tiny bit, but wasn't too bad. He made Jessie switch hands with me, turned me around and repeated the procedure. The right one hurt a tiny bit more with me doing the same as last time, just quietly mutting 'shit' underneath my breath.

He cleaned me up and I was done. I told him it hurt like a bitch but that I was expecting it to hurt since I got the bigger guage than is usually done. He asked me if I was alright, and I felt fine, so we thanked him and left. Little did I know that I was not really fine...

I sat on Jessie's lap for a few minutes and Ricky and Ryan arrived, smiling at me cuz they knew what I had gotten done. I had to go to the restroom, and they recomended the club next door cuz after sitting in Monique's for a minute being dizzy and asking about their restroom (out of order), I really had to go. I walked to the club feeling fine, but slightly queasy, they told me to go to the coffe shop, I went to a food shop next to Monique's instead, and was told I had to buy something to use it. I bought a coke and as the lady poured it I started shaking and feeling more dizzy. I could barely pick up my drink and I stumbled to the bathroom. My hearing went almost completley away and I was seeing bluish grey all in front of me, with a numb feeling in my mind. I knew I was about to pass out. I tried opening the restroom but after explaining to the guy it was locked and him arguing with me I almost passed out on the floor. I stumbled out, flopped on the floor next to Jessie and sat their for a half hour drinking my coke trying not to puke and stop shaking.

I was ok after awhile, and Jessie drove me home holding my hand and telling me he felt my pain becuase he thought he was going to pass out watching me have it done!

It's been one day now, and they hurt off and on, cleaning them isnt too bad with salt water soaks and dial, a bit of crusty blood on them. I have to go to work tomorrow (I called in today) hopefully they won't bother me too much. The little bit of pain was well worth it though, I think my nipples look beautiful with the 12 g CBRs in them :)
