Studio Black Sun Studio

I wanted for a long time a piercing but I didn't know where I wanted to be pierced. So I went to the piercing studio one day, Black Sun in Montreal to have a look a the different possibilities because I didn't want something really extravagant but just something simple and nice, just something in my face different.

After looking at some heavy stuff in the shop like 40mm stretching tunnels and some massive jewelry like 50mm stretching wood tunnels, I decided to go for something a little more simple, something less extravagant. So the guy told me to go for an eyebrow piercing or an ear piercing because these were the two most popular and the two most simple. I didn't like the idea to get my ear pierced so the eyebrow looked nice at the moment for my situation so I decided to go for it. I was really excited just to know that the next week, I would have my eyebrow pierced.

So, after taking an " appointement" the next week at the same place with the cool guy working there, I went home and tried to convinced my parents to let me do this because I really wanted to do it. They let me, quite easily after some time talking about it but they were very open to it so it was pretty cool and easy. They just wanted to come with me to have a look at the different things and to ask some questions about it.

So the next week, I returned to the studio, really excited and stressed, really stressed. The guy was really calm because he knew what he was doing, helping me to stay calm and relax because it was not gonna be that bad. He explained me all the things I needed to know, how to take care of it, how to clean it, and everything to know to keep infection away from my eyebrow. So he putted on a pair of gloves, cleaned the needle like thousand of times, everytime, putting on a new pair of gloves just to be sure to stay clean. So he marked on my eyebrow the exact place to pierce with two black dots, and then took my eyebrow with some kind of "eyebrow holder" and said to me to take three deep breath to stay calm. So, at the third, like everyone knows, pierced it real fast so I couldn't feel it at this moment.

I felt some kind of pressure at the top of my eye at the beginning and some kind of pain, not big pain, just inconfortable and I felt that my eyebrow was really but really hot, like burning. I was kind of laughing because I thought it was gonna hurt more than it actually did so I was scared for almost nothing. So he cleaned everything and gave me some tips to keep it nice and then I had my piercing done, finally after all this stress. I paid for everything and left the shop with a brand new first piercing on my eyebrow.

Now it's been two years and I don't have it anymore because I had to take it off because of stupid school rules, they didn't want me to keep it so I was kind of pissed. Now, I want both of my ears piercing so I can stretched them to 5/16", close to 8mm because a friend of mine is stretching his at the moment and it looks cool. I want my ears stretched because it looks real nice and I wanted it for a long time. I don't want to go larger than 8mm because I want my holes to be able to close if I don't want my piercings anymore for any reasons in the future. Im gonna go really soon because stretching is kind of long, it take something some months to be the perfect size you want.

I recommend the eyebrow piercing for people who want a first piercing because it doesn't hurt that much, I was stressed for absolutely nothing, really easy to keep clean, it look nice, it's perfect for something simple and cool.

I recommend this place, Black Sun Studio, to everyone in the Montreal area because it's the best place in Montreal with a lot of jewelry avaible, nice people who know what they are doing, it's really nice. They are really clean and they help you relax and stay calm.

So that is pretty much it, I hope it will help some people who want a first piercing, I hope it will help them to be calm and less stressed out. It is really not that bad, it's like one of the less painful piercing avaible so it's all good. I hope you enjoyed reading my first piercing experience.
