I had wanted some new piercings for quite some time. I got my first piercing at age 12 which was my lip and from there on I got many more I got my libret done then the other side of my lip then i got my tongue then both eyebrows then my septum then my vertical bridge I also had had my ears stretched for quite some time before I got any real piercings. I now have my septum stretched to 00g my tongue stretched to 00g as well both lobes stretched to 2 inches and just recently I got the webbing on my tongue pierced. It all started when I was checking out pictures of different surface piercings and I came across some anti-eyebrow pictures. I liked the way it looked if you got both sides done so I told my mom that I wanted them done she said "ok but im not paying for them." So I checked out a few different places around were I live.

I went to a place called house of pain in Kitzagin Germany I had gotten 3 tattoos here and I was pretty good friends with the owners of this place. I asked if they could do it and how much it would be but they said that they did not do surface piercings so I continued with my search. Then I find out that me any my parents are going to Paris for new years and I thought to myself maybe I can find a good place that could do them for me there. So on New Years Eve day I had to find a place I checked out the local phone book and I found a couple of different places that sounded pretty good. I went down town and checked all of them out talked to all of the people and found out which one I liked and trusted the best. I had my mind set I was going to get them done at a place called American body art it was super clean and the women who did them for me was pretty skilled at doing surface piercings.

So I chose my jewelry that I was going to have them done with I got to pick from either a 16 gauge or 14 gauge curved barbell. I chose the 16 gauge one because the women said that she thought it would stay in for a longer time before migrating out. So then we went to the back were she told me to lay down on this table so I did she checked for nerve endings and any other bad things that could be in there and then she marked one side then did the same procedure to the other side. Then she told me to close my eyes and next thing I know the left side is done. I thought to myself "WOW that was painless". Then she told me to close my eyes again and she did the other side before I knew it she was done and screwing the balls onto the barbell.

After it was all done she told me about the after care and what to expect from them she also told me that since they are surface piercings that they will come out some day she thought that they would last around a year or so. Then they took some pictures of them and told me to come back when the swelling was all done and they would take more pictures but that didn't happen due to the fact that I don't live there and I left the next day. so far they are doing great the only problems I have had with them is that when I sleep I sleep on my side and I bumped them for the first couple of days but now I am used to sleeping a different way. I would recommend these piercings to any one they look nice, pretty simple and painless, quick, and unique. I get alot of stares and random questions most of them consist of "holly shit did that hurt" or "are those real" but I just smile and tell them the answer. I have made plans to get some more piercings like I set up an appointment as soon as I got back to get my medusa and both madonna pierced. I also have wanted to get both wrist bars done for quite some time too. I highly recommend that People get to know their piercers though because I have seen some pretty messed up piercings from people who just got spur of the moment piercings and it didn't end up so well I also don't recommend trying to pierce any thing your self leave it to the pros they know what they are doing and if they don't im pretty sure they will eventually learn.
