So far my piercing experience has been limited. I had my ears pierced 7 holes in each, but I really wanted a "real" piercing. For a while I really wanted my tongue pierced but i couldn't convince my parents of that no matter how hard I tried.

This summer I went to visit my family in Scotland. My one cousin told me how he wanted this eyebrow pierced, but if he did he would of been thrown out of his home. I told him I wanted my tongue done, and I do like the idea of getting my eyebrow done too. We decided that he would go with me to get it done.
For two months i waited thinking everyday how much I actually really wanted to get my eyebrow done. I debated what side to get it on but decided I would be more comfortable with the right side done. I asked my parents and eventually they decided to let me get it so my family decided I could go and get it done the last day of my vacation. I was so excited but nervous of the pain as well.
I talked to my cousins friend who had his eyebrow done. I asked him about the pain the price the piercing studio and what side I should get it done on. He told me that the pain wasn't strong the price was reasonable the studio was clean and it didn't matter what side a girl got the piercing on.
So the day came and I was so excited. My cousin, his friend, and my mom came with me to get it done. When we arrived we spent about a half hour looking at the pictures of tattoos "Skull" had hanging up. He was busy giving someone a tattoo when we arrived and we had to wait. I was getting a bit nervous thinking about the pain. Im not good with needles so I was worried about this.
The studio its self was really clean. I felt comfortable in there and was sure that it was a decent place to get pierced. It had the smell of a doctors office which in a way comforted me because I knew it must be a clean place.
"Skull" came out of the back room and asked me what I wanted done today. I told him I wanted my eyebrow pierced. He told me he had an appointment but he cud slide me in and took me into the piercing room. Inside it was just as clean as the rest of the building. There in the middle of the room was a red bed/bench and he told me to take my glasses off and lie down on it. I did so and he asked me if I wanted a bar or a ring I decided on bar.
He brought a cart over with all the needles and bars and, well everything he needed. I lied down and closed my eyes my legs were shaking and I had a death grip on my pockets. My cousin was standing next to me while "Skull" put the little purple dots on my brow. I felt him taping on my eyebrow and I started to get nervous again. I took a deep breath and he told me I would now feel a prick and some pressure.
I felt a small prick and some pulling and he then said ok the worst is over. I let out my breath, that was the worst? That didn't hurt at all. He told me he was going to put the jewelery in now and I just felt a little more pulling as he screwed the balls on. He pushed down on the new piercing to stop the blood and told me that I was bleeding very little I sat up paid him and left.
He told me that I should wash my piercing with non-scented soap 3 times a day and that I should wash my piercing with a boiled but cooled sea salt water solution. So far the healing has been going well it doesn't hurt at all. At the most all it feels like is a mild bruise. There has been a bit of blood around the holes when I wake up but thats the extent to bleeding. I think its going really well and hope there will be no complications to come.
I was so happy that I actually had done it and was surprised that it didn't hurt at all. I love this piercing so much, and Im not sure this will be the last I get. Its so pretty and it suits me. I think if you want to get this piercing you should. There is no pain and it looks good. Go for it. I did and Im so happy about it and Im sure my friends will be surprised about the little piercing I got on my vacation!
