It all started last year when I started getting bored with just my navel and ear piercings. I've gotten slightly addicted to piercing so I needed a new one. I decided I wanted my eyebrow pierced after looking through tons of different facial piercing pictures on BME. I know a lot of people have it done but eventually I would like to turn it into a double eyebrow and it's always fascinated me to get one. I begged my parents for awhile but they said I would have to wait until my first report card and if it was good enough only then I could since I did so bad the year before. My report didn't turn out spectacular but fairly good so I could get it done. So I thought about going to Liquid Sliver where I got my navel pierced because Kelly was such a good piercer and knew what he was doing. But I found Sinister Skin in the phone book and since it was closer I went there and got pierced by Ryan.

Everything was going fine until on my school trip to Edmonton where my friend elbowed it on the bus and it started bleeding. So I just cleaned it up and thought nothing of it. But when I got back other people and myself noticed that it had started to reject so I went to go see Ryan. We agreed that it should be taken out and he told me to come back in two or three weeks to get it repierced. Note that he said nothing about a repiercing cost. So I came back and I had lost the ring in the car ride home from before so he used a new one. It was a little bit bigger and a smaller gauge but I figured whatever. I know he was just trying to be nice but both times when I went and he joked around and talked with me I didn't feel that comfortable at all so I was very strained when he pierced me. After he finished he asked how I would paying and when I replied with what do you mean he smirked and asked if I had expected it to be free. I had to go downstairs and explain to my mom that he was making me pay again. We both weren't impressed with him and she wasn't very happy but agreed because it was already in my face. He was nice enough to give me a deal and instead of $50 again I only had to pay $35. He didn't ask me if I liked the placement so he pierced it too small for my liking. Right before Warped Tour I decided to take it out and just go to Kelly in a couple months.

I waited 2 months and phoned up Kelly. After playing a lot of phone tag all week we finally got a hold of each other and set a date. I was suppose to go in on Sunday but my mom refused to drive me since she wanted no part of my third try. I got really upset and was angry with her until my dad came and told me that he would drive me and even take me out of school a little bit early. I told them I had a dentist appointment and signed out of gym class, my last block. I went in today with my old ring seeing If I could salvage it so I could pay less. I showed him the ring and he noticed scratches on it so he didn't want to use it but wouldn't charge me extra for a new ring. He told me to take a deep breath and he slid the needle through like nothing else. I didn't expect it to hurt much since I had already become use to the feeling. He pierced it a little bit higher because the skin was still irritated from the old piercing which is ok with me because now I have room for a secon d eyebrow piercing in the future. It all totaled up to $30 instead of $35 because he remembered me being his friend's little sister. So far I've had it for 2 hours and it doesn't hurt at all. I'm very pleased with it and hope that this one stays in. If anyone has any good tips for healing it I would be glad to hear from you so just e-mail me. I recommend Kelly or any of the piercers and tattoo artist's if you want to get any work done. They even have a brander! They're professional and they know what they're doing. Kelly made me feel very comfortable and I knew I could trust him with piercing it the way I wanted it to be. I hope to be back there getting a needle put through me there sometime soon.
