My names Lorenzo and I am 14. I wanted a piercing for so long, and some how came across BME. I read up about eyebrow piercings and was determined to get it done. After a month of begging my mom, she agreed. I called around a few places and only found one that would pierce me because of my age. So we went off to a city 35 min away to get my new body mod. It was a saturday. We didnt have to set up an appointment.

I went to the 7-11 to get a soda and sour gummy worms because I wanted to make sure i had good blood sugar so i wouldnt fant. We walked into the door and the place wasent so clean. I filled out forms and everything we needed. I had to show school ID and my mom had to show a drivers license. I wanted to get a curgved barbell, but he told me they only do 16 gauge and straight barbells. So i said, okay whatever I want this done.
We walked in to the back room, at this point i got a little nervous. We sat onto a table and he asked me a few questions. I told him about BME and he knew that it was a hepfull resource. He marked a spot, and i liked it so he proceded. He put gloves on before any of this hapend. He took out the clamp, needle, and jewelery out of small packet. This was assuring me everythign was steril. He put the clamp on, which didnt hurt a bit. He asked me if i was ready and i said yes. He then pushed the needle threw. I opened my eyes and saw the thing right infront of me. I couldnt believe it was done. I was astonished. It didnt hurt one bit. He then put the jewelry on and let me look at it in the mirror. I loved it. During this hole ordeal my mother and him were talking. We found out he was 19 and an aprentice to piercings.
We went to pay, it was $50. He didnt give me a cleaning sheet. Just told me to use soap and to clean it twice a day I went on my way home.
The swelling went down after a few days. I then relized the piercing was 1/2 an inch thick. This is NOT normal, and was way too deep! The barbell i had was also too small, and was tight. Over three weeks I kept the same barbell. The balls on the top and bottom were pushing into my skin and causing big holes to appear on the top and bottom of the piercing. I ordered a longer barbell of the internet. Once I got it I had to unscrew my first barbell and put the new one in. This was a complicated task because i had no slack. It was so hard to unscrew the balls. Putting the new jewelry in was no problem.
Now, here I am with a larger barbell in a hole thats too deep. I liek the piercing still, but I only wish their were no mistakes. I had to buy a longer barbell, that had cost $25! All because some 19 yr old kid, screwed up. I called him up to tell him and he was like "oh just come in and we can change it for u" as if i have the time or someone to drive me all the way to that place again.
So, I ended up paying 50$ for a piercing that was too deep and that caused much agrivation. I didnt get a cleaning sheet, the piercer was new at this, and i had to pay another $25 for a longer barbell. I was constantly afraid of infection.
I dont want to scare anyone but make sure you dont get this done too deep. Its healing now, and I do love it despite all my previous troubles. I think it may be migrating but im not sure. Probably not. I hope it doesnt get infected. But now, as it is -- i love it and so does everyone else who saw it. If you want it, go for it! It wont hurt a bit, just make sure you do your research and keep it clean.
I plan on getting my labret done next. But I will not go to the same place. I do not recomend Foundation in allentown. The place doesnt look all that clean either.
