I really wanted my eyebrow pierced for the longest time, but of course, like evry one else, I was to young, and my parents are fucking fascists, and hate everything not traditional. I hate how parents always think that because the law, legally allows them to boss, us kids around, that they have the right to treat us like were nothing, just because they are older and we are younger. Especailly with the piercing thing, just cuz they don't like it, we do, and should be allowed to ghet it. IM DONE NOW.

I took a razor (not for the piercing), gave myself a mohawk, bleached it and died it green. (Not Quite What u Expected.) Of course, my parents hated this. SO this was the PERFECT opputunity. I said mom, dad, if you let my get my eyebrow pierced, I wont do this to my hair for 2 years (im 13, so til I was 15). My dad thought it was a fucking bribe so he said no. However, a couple weeks with that hair, and he FINALLY GAVE IN. I was soooo fucking happy.
So, I gathered like 15 friends and headed towards Harvard Square (its next to Harvard, k?). I went in, and they said I had to be 14. I was really pissed, cuz the people there are the collest, nicest people, so I really wanted them to pierce me. so I just chilled in the square with my friends. We walked around for awhile (GOT BAGELS!!), and had my mom pick us up. She then took us to the watertown mall, to a store called ALMODA, which does piercing. Its not like any normal piercing thing, it looks like a little girly shop, but they have GOOD body piercing in the back. THEY SAID THEY WOULD PIERCE me.
SO, we paid for it and my mom left (she couldnt bare to watch). He asked me what gauge I wanted 16 or 18, and I said 16 because the bigger the size is, the harder it is for it to reject. Then they asked if I wanted a ring or barbell, and I said ring (although I wanted a barbell) cuz I heard rings are good in case it swells, and are easier to clean. They only had a fixed bead ring (not captive) so I was kina pissed.They autoclaved everything, and told my to come back and to sit on the table.
By this time I was scared shitless. I had been pierced before, and had my lobes stretched, but this was my first body piercing. SO, he sat me down on the little table and started to get all the little piercy thingies out (like the clamp, needle, ring). Again - I was even more scared and was probably sweating like a dog in mating season (well, they don't really have a season.) So he marked the spot on my ear, and I said it was ok. I heard it should be at a 35 degree, angle, but it looked kind a 45 (after it looked good). he put the clamps o. evryone always says how they hurt soooo much, and how they are the most painful part, but it was just a little pressure. He took the needle out, and stuck it to the whole for like an hour, Im like PUSH IT THROUGH ALREADY!!!! He pushed it through. It hurt some, but not that much. People always say how it doesnt hurt, and they cant feel it, or it feels, good, BUT I FELT IT!!! He put the ring in, took out the pliers and closed it. I was crying a little bit now, not because it hurt, but because this dude was like playing with my eye.
I looked in the mirror, and it was bleeding a little but, which kind of freaked me out, because none of my other piercing had ever bled before. I took my hand of the sheet of paper , and it LEFT A SWEAT MARL, which was kind of embarassing. SO, we left, all happy and everyone came over to my house to chill.
After a week, I got so bored, I took out the fixed bead ring, and put in a barbell. I know, Im REALLY STUPID, but I just couldnt help myself. Then I felt stupid, well duh, so I put in a captive bead ring, and I felt smart, well smarter. I kinda play with it a lot, so that cant be good, but its been 2 weeks, and it feels all healed. Im however going to be good, and keep it in the extra month. KEEP IN YOUR PIERCING EVEN IF THE JEWELRY SUCKS IT WILL BE WORTH IT IN THE END because you dont want your piercing to reject cuz that would suck.
