It was on a wednesday that my sister decided she wanted to get her ears pierced. We went to bodymanipulation with my sister, my mom and auntie. When we were at the shop and my sister was filling out the form, my mom decided she wanted to get her nostril pierced. We had to w8 for a while and in the mean time they replaced my (side) lip ring to a smaller one. I said I wanted to get my labret done too, they adviced me to w8 till my braces come off. I was kind of dissapointed but atleast they gave me some good advice.

The woman looked at me and messured it and said it was possible as long as I bring my glasses with me so they can see where to pierce it.
So I went the next day with my sister again, I filled out the form but when the (other) piercer came in she said it wasnt such a good idea because I got my (second) lip piercing just 4 weeks ago and that it wasnt healed yet. And she adviced me to come back in about 2 to 4 weeks. And again I felt kind of dissapointed cause I was really looking forward to it.
When my sister and I walked out the piercing shop with the thought "i'll be back in 4 weeks *pouts*" I decided to go to another (good) piercing shop and let it get done there. Maybe that wasnt such a good idea since that lady adviced me NOT to pierce it so soon.
We walked to the other piercing shop and I was really nervous because I had never been there before. I asked the guy if they I could get my bridge done there and how much that would cost me. I had to fill out a form (again) and when he was how old I was (16) he said my mom was probably cool about it cause I already had 3 other piercings. Pff, I was releaved. They could help me right away which made me even more nervous. Cause I was used to w8ing half an hour atleast after I fill out a form. We went downstairs to a little white room. It was very quiet. The pierced didnt speak any dutch so he talked english to me. I put on my glasses so he could see where to pierce it. He was preparing himself, when he was done he stood next to me, with all his supplies and asked me to take a deep breath. Though he didnt explain how and what he was going to do next I knew that after I take a deep breath he was going to pierce me. So I w8ed for 10 second and took a deep breath. The needle went trough my skin, it hurted a little but not as much as when I got my (side)lip pierced. Blood ran down my nose and the piercer asked me if I had taking any asprerine or alcohol that day or the day before. I said yes. He told me thats why it was bleeding. He cleaned everything and asked me to take a look in the mirror and if I was satisfied with it. It looked great so yeah, I was.
Another guy that worked there asked me if he could take a picture of me so they could put it on their site. I said sure...and he took a close up of the bridge piercing.
The piercer told me to come back in about 4 weeks so they can put a smaller barbell in it. (They put a curved barbell in for now).
The piercer asked me if I needed some soap to clean the piercing with, I said I had some at home. I paid the piercer and went home. I was happy and satisfied. Looking back at it I prefer the shop I went to this time then the shop where I got my lip done. They're both very good but at this shop things went so fast, which I liked better then waiting half an hour (so you can get more nervous and more nervous). To get it pierced itself didnt hurt that much, but after half an hour it stung a little which got me worried. But now, 2 weeks further it healing well and I dont even feel it anymore.
I went back to that shop about one week ago cause my sister wanted to get her nostril pierced now. The piercer immidiately thought I came back cause there was a problem. I'll have picture of my new piercing soon so hopefully they'll end up at this site with my experience.
