I was talking to a good friend of mine while she was busy dying my hair bright purple about getting pierced. I was curious at about getting a piercing. I have always wanted to get eyebrow, tongue, and other stuff pierced. I don't even have my ears pierced yet I always thought that was the popular thing to do and I never wanted to be "normal". So that night I went to hang out at a friend of this friends house and while I was there I found out he does piercings.

He said ok and it wont even hurt at all. He got his stuff ready and needles ready and instructed me to lie back on the bed and maybe hold someone's hand.
I had a room full of people watching me while this was going on (I guess some people like to watch others get needles jabbed through their flesh.) I was scared. He was a scary looking little troll like guy with green hair on normal days he could even pass for a cereal killer (LOL). And he looked even scarier coming at me with a silly grin and a huge needle and some clamps. I wanted to back out so I got up and said I was leaving he looked at me and laughed and he said the only way I could leave the room is with a brand new piercing and then he had some people stand guard at the door. So I sat there and thought okay seeing as I couldn't get out of it I said lets do this I laid back down on the bed and had my friend sitting next to me.
I closed my eyes and all I could think about was a huge needle going through my skin and then he did it. I could feel it ripping my skin that felt really weird. It didn't hurt that bad. I heard everyone making noises then, I opened my eyes and asked if he was going to be done anytime soon. He told me all he had to do was find a ball to fit the ring. I sat up cause I felt kinda stupid just laying there. In the mean time my friend was sitting beside me with a washcloth up to my face to help the bleeding.
Donnie brought me a glass of green cool aid (my favorite) and then he put the ring on and told me to make sure it didn't come out because we had to run up to a piercing/tattoo shop near by to get a new ball for the ring seeing as girlfriend had stolen the one that belonged to this ring. We arrived at the shop and he ran in and got an orange swirl ball and a puke green and yellow ball. And then he came back out the we stopped at Exxon across the street and I went to the bathroom he came in with me he told me to choose the one I like more and so I chose the orange one and he put the ball in it fit perfect and looked great if you don't mind me adding.
I walked back out to the car. And we went back to his house and sat around while my friend got her stupidity tattoo we left and went over to some friend's house to go hang out with friends that had invited us over.
After about a month I decided to go change out the ring to a blue and silver barbell for a change ya know something different. After about a week of having it in it got infected I was so scared and I had to go to the doctor while I was there he was joking about having to get a shot and I told him about my fear of needles he looked at me shocked and said then how did you get that metal in your face? I said hey at least I got cool aid for that. He laughed and prescribed me some medicine to put on it but I had to take it out.
After all was healed and better I went to another friend that I trust more than the other guy Donnie and I got it pierced again. I am happy with it now. And I refuse to put a barbell back in it I am sticking with the great ring look. It seems that eyebrow rings have gotten "trendy" and that sucks because I hate being anything close to normal. So I guess I will have to find a new way to amaze and shock people!
