I always loved pierceings and tattoos but since I want to work in corporate and everything I want can be easily seen I can't do all that I want to do! I pierced my nose once when I was 18 but took it out after 8 weeks because of my mother.

I re-pierced my nose again when I was 20 and it's about to be a year that I've had this piercing. When I first got it done, the power was out on my campus and my roommates and I were pretty bored. They were getting tattoos and I figured I should get something I could get back off. Even though we had started to plan this trip about a month ahead a time I still had no idea what I was planning on doing. But I knew I was going to do something. After deciding not to get my tongue pierced I figured I would get my nose. We went to the place out by Elred and the guy that pierced my nose was nice. The place was really clean sterile. He marked my nose and gave me the marker since that was the first and last time he was using it. I was scared and didn't know how much it would hurt. When he finally did the piercing it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Before he put the ring in my nose my roomate asked him to just leave the needle and let me walk around like that. They took a picture uploaded it on the computer. The first piercer told me after the fact that the nose was the worse piercing to get. I didn't like this piercing after a while also cuz I kept catching a glare from the stone in my ear.

Now fast forward a year and I'm getting this re-pierced now. I go to a different place then the first time. This is in Bradford by my campus. The first place I went to the guy said he would only pierce my nose with a hoop or whatever. I was not having that and my friend and I both knew he had to be crazy. Plus his reason was a bunch of bull. We so drove to another place closer to our school. The guys in the shop were cool...but kinda creepy to me at the same time. But George was really nice and a cool guy to talk to. I went into the back room after filling out my papers and I sat down in the chair ready to go. He looked at my nose and saw the mark from my first piercing. So he marked the spot and got ready for the piercing.

This shit hurt. My friend that was with me figured it was because it was in the same exact spot. Whatever wasn't as easy as the FIRST time I got it done. But I would definetly do it again though if my piercing was to ever come out again. After that he cleaned up and I looked at it and was happy to have my piercing back again. After that the usual soreness set in but nothing worse then that. We got the after care thing which he went into depth about but since I had done it before I didn't pay but so much attention. I have to say the natural stuff he told me to use was soo much better since my nose didn't crust or get a keloid this time(which runs in my fam and freaks me out when I get a piercing).

The ring put in after the piercing was just round and huge sticking out of my nose and got caught everytime I washed my face...after about two months when I went home I change the ring to something smaller with a clear stone. The first problem I had with also seeing my ring no matter what or where I was looking is gone now.

I definetly love my piercing and right now I'm trying to decide what I'm going to do next out of my 6 choices. But the nose is definetly something cute! My mom still hates it but my godmother and aunt love it! My cousin just went to get hers done. But please please if you wear a screw don't get one of the humgous ones!!! They look soo bad!

As far as right now I can say that this is the worse piercing but the day isn't over and I'm about to go and another one as I type. So I'll come back for that one. But if your thinking about getting a nose piercing done. DO IT! No matter how big or small your nose is! My nose is little and it's cute, one of my friends has a bigger nose and it's cute. JUST DO IT!
