I had considered getting a tongue piercing for quite sometime, but after running the idea past my mum and her saying 'no' god knows how many times I decided I wouldn't bother. My dad would be mad any way and I couldn't be bothered causing another argument for the family.

I had gotten a double nose piercing before, but had let it heal up after wearing cheap jewelry and causing an infection.
I decided to run the idea past my mum, who said yes straightaway. (She likes nose piercings more than any other)
Double nose piercing it was then!
I waited 2 months before getting it done. This was to avoid any upset in school, like I had before with piercings and hair colour etc. I chose to get the piercing at the beginning of the six week summer holidays, so it had some time to heal.
(Fast forward to Friday 23rd July) Me and my sister, Sarah took the last day off school in order for me to go into town and get the piercing done A.S.A.P. We got dropped off by our dad in town (we lied and said we were going to buy Zoe her birthday presents) and we made out way to Pro Body Piercing.
This is the only place I will go to get a body piercing as Paul is the only piercer I trust and puts everyone who comes into the studio at ease. I have been to other studios, but none compare to this one!
My sister rang my mum whilst we were waiting and asked if she could get her eyebrow pierced. Guess what she said..........
Sarah came off the phone all pissed off. Paul asked what I wanted and I told him. He told me the price, and then said that Maxine was going to pierce me, because he was taking a break. I wasn't too happy about this, but she has pierced me before in her own studio and did a good job so I figured it wasn't that bad.
She showed me all the nose wires.... crystal, crystal and more crystal!! I chose crystal...
Once in the piercing room Maxine put on her gloves, got out two packaged needles and pulled the nose studs from their boxes using clamps. Then the procedure began. I said she could pierce them through the scars where my last nose piercings had gone (this made it easier for her, as they were in line with each other) She marked the placement and told me I was mad for going through this (like I don't now that already!) I told her that the last time I had got my nose pierced was with a gun (bad idea!) and that I would prefer the needle this time.
She told me to close my eyes and mouth and sprayed numbing solution onto my left nostril, clamped my nose and began to push the needle through. The pressure wasn't too bad and when I opened my eyes tears streamed down my face. She let me have a breather and began the procedure on the right nostril. It was pretty much the same although the pressure hurt much more on this side and I said 'ouch!'
I opened my eyes through the middle of the procedure, to find a big needle sticking out of my nostril! I shut them again and let her finish. Once she was done I took a look in the mirror. I had black lines all down my cheeks, but my nose looked good. She cleaned my nose and said it would probably start bleeding.
Maxine went through the after care procedure with me (salt water twice a day) I paid £30 and left. Paul was just coming back as we were leaving and so we stopped and chatted for a while. He told my sister not to be upset about the whole eyebrow thing and we were on our way!!
As soon as we were outside my nose was gushing blood, so I had to walk round with a tissue held to it.
My nose is healing pretty well (the right side better than the left) but it is still early days. I went to karate on the same day I got them done and my sensei punched me in the nose, boy did that hurt! But there was no blood and he was very sorry and said they looked cool :D
My dad hasn't said anything to me because he knows I'll get mad with him.
I am hoping to get a tattoo before I get any more piercings, but for the moment, I'll make do with my Two Little Gems
