So I got my tongue pierced! It wasn't a planned thing, just happened. I always wanted my tongue pierced, since my friend got hers, and i liked the way it looked. Although everyone thinks people with tongue piercings only get thing for oral sex, I however just wanted one to see what it felt like.

I was with two of my best friends and we had went to the movies and then at about 11:30p.m. decided to take a trip down to the tattoo studio. One of my friends and I were planning on getting a small tattoo, but after we got to the studio neither of us could figure out what kind of tattoo we wanted or were we wanted it at. So my friend said, "just get your tongue pierced". I had always wanted a tongue piercing, just was to scared to get one. So i was like "i dunno". After both of them kept going on and on about the tongue piercing, I just walked to the counter and said " i wanna tongue piercing."

So I guess it was kind of spur of the moment, but my heart was racing. I already had four naval piercings, and my ears pierced all the way up, and also a tattoo, so i was not new to the needles thing. After I felt out the paper work, we all walked to the back were I would sit to get pierced. I have a short fat tongue, and I know how much it hurts if you just bite your tongue, so I very nervous. I stuck my tongue out, she clamped my tongue, I drooled, and it was all over just like that! I didn't even feel anything at all. I think it was because I was sooo nervous that I couldn't feel it. Anyways I kind of want to get it done again, so I can see if it really hurt of not.

When I showed my boyfriend, to my surprise he didn't like it. I was shocked!!!!!!! Of course after a few days went by and my tongue wasn't soo sore, I showed my boyfriend my tongue ring again that night in bed, he likes it now :) :) But he did say that it's just the thought of me having a tounge ring that turns him on even more, because he said he rarely ever feels it, like when we kiss or during oral sex. It might just be him.

Ohh and another thing, even though I didn't feel the piercing, I sure did get sore afterwards. I couldn't eat or anything, I had to pop pain meds. all day long because it hurt and to keep the swelling down. I tried to eat soup, and that was about the only thing that worked. Also it is kind of hard at first to talk with a tongue ring, you have to get used to it, I did it during the summer, so at least I didn't have to worry about going to school and talking all funny if the teacher asked me a question or something. I now have only two of my naval rings in, because I was looking a little goth with all of my piercings, and just to let you know, I do have scars where I took out my naval rings. Now I want to get my lip pierced and like always I am nervous, but if a tongue ring didn't hurt me, I don't think a lip ring will do any damage, besides Pain Is Beauty!! I wonder if you took out a tongue ring if you could still see a scar. I love my tongue ring and now my tongue isn't lonely anymore!

Okay so hears goes about my first trip to the dentist with my tongue ring! I was going to the dentist and just decided that I would take out my tongue ring, if I was asked, instead of buying a plastic retainer. So after I get there I forgot to take the tongue ring out and the dentist said, "Open your mouth" and I did, and he told me to "take out that thing, or he wouldn't even consider looking in my mouth." I was like "okay" and I took it out. Did I mention he was very old, so maybe that was why he went mad on me. Anways so I took it out, and then a whole 15mins later I went to put it back in, I trust me IT HURT! It had already started to close up and I could feel the metal bar pushing its way through my tongue. I did get it back in and thank god for that, because I would have been mad! Also I don't go to that dentist anymore! But in the end I love my tongue piercing, and the good thing about them is that not everyone can see it, it is kind of like a hidden piercing!
