OK let me tell you first that I'am the biggest wuss I know!! When I was younger I used to have to be strapped down just to get a tiny little prick in my finger. I hate needles so much. So no one thought I'd actually get my tongue pierced.

I thought it looked pretty cool and I liked the sound it made when he played with it. There was many times that I was going to go get it done but I'd always come up with an excuse not to go like i didn't have enough money or something stupid like that. =)
Anyways, the day I actually got it done (Monday) I thought I was going to be going on Thursday, so I wasn't to worried about it. I thought I still had time to analyze everything and end up wussing out. My friend was like "come on lets go to Villans", so we went. (it was 3 days before I had planned on getting it done) The whole drive up there I was smoking cig after cig and getting all nervous.
When we walked in there I actually felt pretty comfortable and the nervous feeling kinda went away. Everyone there was really nice and the girl filled out my form for me I just read it over and signed it to make sure it was all ok. My friend went ahead of me to get her eyebrow pierced, which I payed for ($27) while I finished my cig. I walked back there to find her and I ended up walking in on a few people getting tattoos done. They just looked at me like what are you doing back here. I finally found her and she was just about to go get me. And Lenny was like oh look we don't even have to go find her! So I went into the room and sat on the black chair (it did look like a dentist chair too). Lenny was the piercer he was pretty cool. He explained everything that he was going to do but of course I didn't really pay attention and when I would talk nothing made sense. He told me to stick my tongue out and he said "beautiful". =) (It is a pretty tongue) lol... I had to rinse my mouth with that nasty mouthwash that stings really bad. Then Lenny put the clamp on and told me to breath in and hold it. I did. He stuck the needle through and I jumped alittle. It just shocked me. I started drooling all over. It came out of no where. That was on of the main things I was worried about happening and it did. But it was cool it eventually stopped coming out =) It wasn't as quick as I thought it was going to be but it didn't hurt that bad. It did hurt a little but not to much.I thought I was supposed to rinse with the mouth wash afterwards but he never handed me any. So I thought that was kind of odd. I was thinking the whole time "Jenna don't forget to tip him" and I ended up walking out and I totally forgot to tip him. He was really cool. So I'll go back up there sometime soon and tip him =) I feel bad about it.
Well its been a day since I got it pierced. It wasn't swollen yesterday but today its really swollen and its hard to eat and say certain words everyone laughs at me when i say shut up. I keep biting my balls =). I ate taco bell (which I prolly shouldn't have).
Its really hard not to play with it. I mean it just is chillin in my mouth saying "play with me, play with me!!" I'm trying not to.
I'm really happy about getting it pierced its something I've wanted done for along time. Its already getting really annoying rinsing with mouth wash after everytime I smoke a cig or eat something. Mydol really helps alot. I've been taking it about once every 4 to 5 hours. It helps the pain go away. You need something or you can even inhale a drag from a cig. Once that shit wears off it hurts like a bitch. So that kinda sucks. Another thing that is kinda bothering me is when my mouth gets dry and i move my tongue the ball kind gets stuck because its so dry. does this make sense? I'm reading it and it sounds like i just typed a bunch of words. heh oh well. =) Well all I have to say is if you want it done then do it. If your just scared to get it done don't be it will all be over in a few minutes. So don't be a wuss!!!
