Stretching my ears

When N/A
Well I started stretching my ears about 8 months ago. My ears had both been pierced for 10 years. I have no idea what size at though. Less than 1mm though. My ex boy-friend had one of his ears done to 8mm I think. And I thought it looked awesome as. So after much begging of my parents I was allowed to stretch my right ear. And so the process started. I spent a lot of time on the internet finding out about stretching ears and decided I wanted to do it myself instead of going and getting it done professionally. I set goal of being at 10mm, and to do it properly in case I didn't want them later, to make more of a chance of them going back to normal.

I went out and bought a 2mm metal taper. I poured some disinfectant into hot water and soaked the taper and the o-rings for about 5 minutes. I tipped the water out onto my hands to disinfect them. I also cleaned around my ear. I had ice on my ear this whole time. I took the taper, it looked kind of like a nail. I lubricated it up and started pushing. I had no idea what to expect. But I got it about 2/3 of the way on before it met resistance. I got scared and took it out. I really wanted my ears done so I took a deep breath and pushed. It burnt so badly. but it was only a little bit in. So I took another and pushed again. This time it was nearly all the way in. I pushed again and got it all the way in. I put the o-ring on the back and went to watch TV. It hurt for about 5 hours.

Two weeks later I went and bought my 4mm metal taper and followed the same procedure. Disinfecting the taper, my ear and my hands. This time I had more guts and just pushed. It went through with a little resistance. One month later I decided it was time to go to 6mm. I got my 6mm taper, disinfected and pushed. That went through without much pain at all. I had the taper in for about a month, and then I got a nice tunnel. I had the tunnel for about another month or so, I played with it so much. So when I decided to go to 8mm it went right through without any pain what so ever.

So now in one ear I am at 8mm.

My other ear however was at 4mm looking really bad. About 8 weeks ago I decided to stretch it. I started off with 2mm. That went completely fine. Then same as before after two weeks I went to 4mm. It screwed up big time. It ripped. There was blood and it hurt so badly for about a week. But being stubborn I didn't take it out and go back down I just left it. It took about two weeks before it stopped crusting and bleeding. I assumed it had pretty much healed but still I left it. A month later I went to 6mm and that's when it went really bad, it obviously hadn't healed totally. So I put my 6mm through and the same thing happened as with 4mm. It tore. This time I went back down and left it another month. And tried again. Same thing. I was getting annoyed so I just left the 6mm in and let it heal. I waited another 3 months before I went to 8mm. I put it in the same way as I did with all the others and it was perfectly fine. But I have noticed a really gross build up of skin really quickly as they got bigger and bigger. I now have both my ears at 8mm. And I'm waiting a few more months before I go up to 10mm.

When I went back to school with my 8mm tapers in my ears the teachers went crazy and told me to take them out. I refused to I had worked so hard to get them to this size I wasn't going to let that go to waste. So I needed to find something else to put in them, I had those felt tip pens, I took the gold thing off the end of them and put them in my ears until the day had finished and I could go and buy some tunnels for the next day. The school didn't like them but they were happier about the than the tapers. My advice is to go slow, and if it doesn't feel right it probably isn't, I pushed it even though my body was telling me it wasn't ready.

That's it :]
