Plugs and Flesh tunnels have always facinated me, but I always kind of figured they were more of a "masculine piercing", and not really ment for girls.

Initially I only wanted to stretch them to a 4ga, which is about the diameter of a pencil eraser, around 5mm. So I bought my first stretcher, that was yellow and blue that went from really tiny to about 3mm, thinking wow. This will take no time at all.
Wow I can honestly say, I HATED the first 2 weeks for stretching. You'd lay in the bath tub in really hot water trying to expand the cells in your ears and lube them up with vaseline and try to shove them through and after much pain and agony you'd feel and there would only be a little tiny stub on the other side! It was a very agrivating process because i'm an extremely impaitent person. Or you would go to sleep with the stretchers in and wake up with one of them on the floor and the other and the end of the bed and have to start all over again.
So I had to develop a process to beat my little ear lobes! haha. So I found some..black tape, I think it was hockey tape i'm not sure, and I would push the stretcher through as much as possible and then tape the back of it to my ear and I would sleep like that, and would even go to school with it in sometimes. This helped IMMENSELY, because you sleep for like 8 hours, and that's MORE then enough time for you ear to adjust to the stretcher, so that only took about...Three days? and I had the whole stretcher through my ear. What a fantastic feeling to get it through, oh my becuase of the hardship that it took initially I honestly felt that I would not be able to do it but once I achieved it, it was the best feeling.
So after I got the 3mm stretcher in, my cousin lent me her..I'd say 4 or 5mm Green stretchers, and so I was like, wow this should be easy. It wasn't. I was almost in tears of frusteration sitting on the counter in the bathroom, trying to shove them through. I let my ears rest and went to my room where I tried again. Success. But wow the pain was so immense I had to sleep on my back so it wouldn't agrivate my throbbing lobes.
So...I wake up to find my stretcher in my covers with me. Dissappointment.. Go to the mirror to reinsert it to find blood in a trail down my neck. Totally freaked out. Ran back to my bed, and there was blood on my pillow and it had dried in my hair. Discusting. So the intelligent person would stop for a bit to let their bleeding ears rest. But I didn't. haha. I rushed to the tub, soaked my ears. And reinserted my smaller 3mm stretchers for school.
About a week or two later I bought a new 6mm stretcher, (at this point I was still scared of the green strechers) and tried to shove that one through. No pain. Went halfway. I was happy, I rolled on the O-rings and I was happy. And about 2 days later, they slide the entire way through.
So I'd bought these black wooden 5mm plugs and with the o-rings they appear to be more like a 0ga (8mm)and so I've had those ones in for the past month.
At the beginning of July 2007 I was bored with my little wooden plugs and wanted some silicone flesh tunnels. So I went back to the city, asked the man for a 00ga and he was like "that's pretty big..." I was like..."I know". I don't really think a 00ga is that big though. It's like...10mm, that's only 1cm that's normal..haha
Anyways he seemed really unsure about selling me them (I don't really look like the type of person to stretch their ears, or have piercings even though I did have my tounge and vertcal labret pierced at one point) and so I had that one in and ordered in some blue silicone 00ga squishy flesh tunnels.
*HINT* Flesh tunnels are the hollow plugs that you can see through
Plugs are a solid shell you can't see through.
So I've had that stretcher in for about a week, when someone at work asked me what gauge I was today and I said "double Zero" he said..."um..I don't think that's a double zero" WHAT!? are you serious? So we find a ruler, draw a circle that has the diameter of 8mm (which would be a 0ga) and I took out the stretcher and shoved it throught the paper and I fit exactly!! "AWW he only sold me a 0ga!" I said. I was pretty angry.
So.. My blue silicone double zeros will be here in about 4 days, and so tomorrow i'm going to frantically shop in town for a stretcher to stretch my lobes that big to prepare for them. So..yeah..make sure you check your jewellery guys!
