Ever since I was drinking out of a sippie cup, I've always had a bizarre passion for body modification. Like tattoos, piercings, etc. I remember every time my family would go out to eat at a restaurant and I would see somebody with big tattoos or piercings I would always go up to them and ask them if I could touch it. (Creepy...ya!) But then again I was only a tot, curious about the world around me and the beings that inhabited it. I had always wanted to get my ears pierced since the 1st grade, but since my mom knew I was EXTREMELY gullible she would always make up stories and say that if I got my ears pierced at too young of an age, my ears would get infected and eventually fall off. But FINALLY at the end of 5th grade, I gathered up all my courage and said "mom, I think I'm ready to get my ears pierced now", and after having a small conference about it with my dad she finally said sure. So off we went to the mall (with the dreaded gun) and *CLICK* *CLICK* my ears were pierced like that.

After that I never really stretched my ears until I got into high school because I went to a private school through elementary and middle school and "see through" holes in boys ears were not allowed. (I think while going there the biggest I ever went was 6g). But then finally, that day came...GRADUATION!!!! Now I could finally stretch my ears to any size I wanted and not get nagged for it. (Except by the parental units...ugh!) So about two weeks after I received my diploma, I started inserting jewelry in my sealed lonely holes again. If was a bit of a struggle to reopen them again and they were bleeding kind of, but it all became soon worth it.

I first started off doing the basic fresh stretch from 20g to 16g. I quickly got bored of that and like a day later went from 16g to 14g, immediately following 12g. My ears began feeling soar when I first went to 12g, so I decided to chill for four days before jumping to 10g, which was pretty much a piece of cake.

8g on the other hand wasn't so easy. Since I wanted really big lobes but didn't want to risk getting a blowout and rushing my stretches I decided to get the some illusion plugs where the part you stick through your piercing is small, but the front was like a 0g or a 00g or something like that. The problem with this was that they were externally threaded and every time I would go to put them in or take them out, a little piece of flesh would always get stuck in them. Then whenever I would take them out and sniff them, they would always smell gross. I know it sounds weird, but if you've ever had stretched ears you should know what I mean.

6g was pretty much the same as 10g. I had two 6g pink acrylic plugs and I thought it was really cool that I could put my finger behind my plugs and see my finger through it. The only difficult part about 6g was one time it got stuck in my left ear and wouldn't budge at all so I just yanked it out with brute force causing my ear to literally drip a fairly big puddle of blood on the floor.

4g was definitely one of the most DIFFICULT stretches for me to accomplish. It took me ATLEAST five different times to successfully get to 4g without having my ear swell up like a balloon. It might have been more times than that, because I stopped counting after a while. I couldn't even understand why ears didn't like 4g, but they just rejected them every time. Also, 4g was when I got my first pair of flesh tunnels with the holes in the middle. I thought it was pretty cool to be able to see light through the other end, but my mom sure didn't (probably because I was only 13 at the time).

2g was really fun and my peppermint style lime and white plugs slid through nice and smoothly just like butter. It was also the size where I began using tapers to stretch my ears because without the taper the plugs would only go about half way through my ears and then stop. I also had my one emo friend Scott help me line up the taper with my holes and then put it through my ears. After that my ears would puss a little bit from time to time but it was nothing major. I also spent along time at this size due to my school's swim team because I wasn't allowed to competitively swim while wearing my plugs because the coach said "earrings would interfere with my swimming ability"...whatever!

0g like most people say is also a pain to get too. It took me multiple attempts before I finally made it. 0g was also when I first began experiencing with Kaos plugs. I remember my first pair just like it was yesterday, my white leopard plugs from www.painfulpleasures.com. Those were really groovy looking and fun to squish, but the problem with them like most silicone plugs is that silicone tends to stick to your skin causing chunks of skin to come out whenever you would remove them. A nice solution I recommend to reduce this risk is vitamin e oil or emu oil. It keeps your ears nice and moist and reduces stickiness from your skin. During 0g I also got my left ear pierced again so I had two piercings on my left ear and one on my right. But sadly, my second piercing one day got caught on something, which ended up tearing my hole and made me have to take out my second piercing permanently, which I plan to go get repierced in the near future.

00g was an in between stretch for me. It wasn't easy, but at the same time it wasn't hard. I only used two pairs of plugs during my time at 00g. Another peppermint pair similar to my 2g ones, except the colors were blue and white instead of green and white. My second pair actually gave me a descent share of problems due to its grooves to hold the o rings in place. Every time I would go to put them in my ears the grooves of the plugs would pinch the skin on my ears, causing puss to form in between the grooves. So if you ever go to get a pair of plugs with o ring grooves, make sure the grooves aren't too deep for your personal taste.

Last but not least my current size that I'm at now, 7/16 inch!!!! Believe it or not, I actually didn't need a taper to get to 7/16. They just kind of popped in after tiny bit of struggle. This was most likely because I put them in while driving to the grocery store with my mom. My ears have been doing pretty good except for once when a hot girl wanted to stick a lock in my ear...AND LOCK IT!! But since i was such a sap to the opposite sex, I let her do it and boy was there a lot of PRESSURE. The funniest part of that was when I asked her to take it out she decided to play a joke on me and tell me that she had forgotten the combination. Boy, did that sure get me shaking in my boots. But then she said she was just kidding and finally cracked the code and took it out of my ear. I then amused her by sticking pencils in my holes and other random knick knacks. The pair of worn during this whole time were single flare black eyelets, which I'm actually wearing at this exact moment. Stretching for me has been a really fun experience overall. I soon plan to get a lot more modifications and to stretch my ears to my goal size of 3/4 inch. Here are a couple of good websites where you can order sweet jewelry from for some pretty unbelievable prices:

www.bodyartforms.com (I recommend this one the most)

www.painfulpleasures.com

www.tribaletic.com

Also remember:

-do NOT stretch with silicone/kaos jewelry.

-do NOT skip sizes after 8g.

-If you're having problems stretching, try tuflon/bondage tape.

-Wearing heavy jewelry will naturally stretch your piercings faster.

-If you ever want to have normal looking ears again, I don't recommend going past 2g. That is the "point of no return" for a lot of people.

-Drink your milk to grow up big and strong.

Peace out homeslice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. Believe it or not, I'm only 15 years old. I know, I have a lot of experience.
