So I've been stretching my ears for a little over a year now its been an experience that I don't regret at all I may have at times and probably will in the future but I love my ears because they make me, me. I've met a lot of different and cool people because of having them.

She refused completely so later that year I asked my dad and he said well your sisters both have them so I cant say no to you so he took me to the mall and I went to this place called piercing pagoda got little skull studs with no intention of keeping them and I got them pierced with the gun yeah I know the guns dangerous and what ever but mine didn't get infected so I don't really care.
A month later once they were fully healed I went to the mall and got a 12-gauge pack of 2 acrylic plugs with o-rings and acrylic tapers the half circle ones. So that night I went home and put them in. It hurt like a crazy but I wasn't really used to the pain yet.
I did this again but with an 8g set and then I went to a 6g and I stayed at the 6g for a while cause my left ear lobe got infected it got madd swollen and hard like a rock the infection finally went away and I started to stretched again. Then I got a 2 but it wouldn't go in so I went and got a 4g and put those in less than a week later I put the 2 in. I literally repeated this process a bunch of times till I got to a 2g and then I started getting plugs off sites like sthbodyjewlery and body jewelry stores on eBay getting plugs for like 75% less than what I was paying at hot topic so I was starting to smarten up and realize that I had no need to get ripped off by hot topic anymore.
Then I started to order plugs from those sites I got a pair of 0g silicone spools in black. I put those in by taking them and folding them up and popping them through and letting go and they just expand themselves and it does it madd fast so your ear gets really sore for like a week. I left them for like 2 months. I also got 00g silicone spools in pink I put them in and left them for like 4 months at this point I started to get lazy and slowed up a lot on the stretching.
But then I started to talk to people about them online and found this site and started looking at all the pictures and really started to get into them again so I went and got 1/2 inch double flare stainless steel plugs from hot topic. And since I had my 00g plugs in for like 4 months they were really big and had a lot of extra room so I figured they would fit but no they didn't. So I went back to hot topic and bought a 5/8ths taper cause they didn't have any 1/2 ones at the time.
So I went home and used it like half way so it didn't stretch to big and then pulled them out really quick and shoved the tunnels in that one hurt a lot cause they didn't fit and I forced them in when I really shouldn't have but I already had one in at that point so I forced it in. they were fine I left them for like 2 months until this morning when I stretched to like between 9/16ths an 5/8ths by using that taper I had. After I stretched them I put in yellow high lighter caps they actually are pretty nice they just rub against my neck but other wise I like them a lot. There not even sore like at all unless I touch them hard.
My original plan was to stay at ½ inch but honestly I love to stretch my ears and I am going to stretch them to 1 inch so far and then stop but who knows I may even go bigger probably not though. I love my plugs even though they get a lot of not needed attention from idiots but also a lot of attention from very cool and nice people.
I get the same questions asked over and over again though "do those hurt"? "No" "did they hurt when you first put them in"? "Yes" " how bad"? "It hurt but it wasn't horrible" or the best one I've heard yet was "yo look at this kid hes got fuckin holes in his head" I laughed at that one for like 10 minutes. My plugs are something Im proud of and that will be with me for probably the rest of my life if they don't get ripped put in a fight or something stupid. oh yeah don't skip sizes or move to fast take your time skipping sizes and moving to fast may only make you have to wait longer in the long run and ive found the best way to clean my ears is to use anti bacterial soap in the shower and to soap up my ears and my plugs and then take out my plugs and then rinse them off and then put them back in. good luck with your piercings and take care of them.
