What shall I get next? Since I first got my lobes pierced when I was about 6 I was in love with body mods, the pain was such a rush. My sister and I went to get our ears pierced and she went first and started crying so I got scared and told my mom I didn't want to anymore but when we got home my sister was fine and then i wanted them. We went back the next day and I thought it would hurt a lot but I didn't even flinch at all and yes I was holding my moms hand which wasn't all that necessary.

I have a very high pain tolerance so I wanted something new, something nobody else had yet that I have seen. When I was 14 turning 14 I found a new friend who was telling me how she was getting her lip pierced and she started naming other piercings she wanted to have and I had no idea what any of them were so she gave me this BME site.

After looking on this site for quite a while I finally made the decision to get my tragus pierced because it looked unique and would come with lots of pain(which it didn't). After months of pestering my parents they finally gave it to paying and signing for me to get it done for my 15th birthday. It was a wonderful experience and healed very quick.

A year later more people I have noticed have been getting piercings, it made me want another hole somewhere on my body but since my parents wont allow anything on my face I had to choose the ears once again. So many to choose from but I knew absolutely nobody with the anti-tragus so I asked my parents and right away they said yes since I could sign for myself anyways. I got my tragus for my birthday the year before and I had just made an appointment on my 16th birthday for my anti-tragus, man was i ever excited.

The day had finally came and I was getting anxious and scared at the same time. My dad, my friend and I walk into creations and wait about five minutes for our turn.We walked around and looked at all the jewelry they had for sale and I decided to buy a belt to go with my piercing. I told my friend to get something pierced but she was too scared she hardly would come with me in the room. Finally Matt comes out after sterilizing everything and tells us to sit down and he started changing the gloves and getting the needles. The place smelt good and was super clean, and not to mention the piercer was super cute and nice. He talked to me a bit putting me at ease and soon I forgot why I was even there. He told me to take a breath a breath and he pushed the needle through, I noticed my friend jumped but I only flinched, a little bit of pain but only for a second and then he had been putting in the ring with the brown ball I had choose. I asked him if it bled at all but he said only a little bit, I was wishing for some blood. I looked in the mirror and instantly a smile came to my face and a little chuckle.

I thanked him, paid and got the aftercare sheet then left. I wasn't dizzy at all and felt great! I am the only one so far I know with it pierced and people gasp at the sight of it. When I went to school that is the first thing I showed off to all my friends. Whenever someone asks me about my tragus I tell them I got my anti-tragus and they are confused to what it is until I show them, makes sense since it is opposite of the tragus. It still itsn't healed but has only been 4 months, cleaning sometime hurts but it hasn't given me much trouble yet. Sleeping on it hurt for the first week but I learned to sleep on my right side instead. For a week after I couldn't stop thanking my parents for the great birthday present. Can't wait until My next birthday or maybe even sooner.

I suggest this piercing to anyone who loves to be unique and isn't afraid of a little pain. I plan on getting something else on my ears pierced next and by then my anti-tragus will be healed. Next month I am going with the same friend for her to get something pierced on her ears, she wants the tragus but thinks she will be copying me so I told her that it didn't hurt and I don't care so when she goes I am going with her to see when she gets it pierced.
