I have been wanting to get a real piercing since last year. I really really wanted to get my tongue pierced but when I asked my dad over and over again he kept on saying no. so I found BMEzine online and started checking out all piercings I went on the ear section because I knew he wouldn't have a problem saying no to an ear and that's when I saw it. The first time I saw an industrial I knew I wanted it and I had never seen anyone with it either so I was very excited. When I went to ask my dad again he said no again so I just left the issue alone . And a year later it just happened.

We got there and no one was there and the guy who did the piercings wasn't there so we waited a while.
The place was really cleaned the smell even started to make me sick of how clean it was. My mom was getting anxious and bored and she wanted to leave I couldn't leave without my ear pierced so we did all the paper work while the pierce got there. I gave them my school ID birth certificate and my moms drivers license they made copies and made me and my mom fill out consent forms and paid the $40 . The piercer finally got there and that's when I started to get nervous. I was thinking everything horrible that could happen with my piercing.
He brought me into the room I sat down in the dentist chair and started to get even more scared. My piercer was really cool he tried to make the experience less tense and made me laugh whenever he could he was a really funny guy. I told him that when I got my cartilage pierced that I almost fainted and I was scared that it was going to happen again. I saw him take the needle and barbell out of the blue plastic wrapping. He put on his gloves and got all his materials ready. He was very professional.
He asked me how I wanted the bar to be and after deciding I made my choice. I was marked and ready to go. I thought he was going to count to 3 or something but he didn't he told me to breathe in and that's when I felt the needle go through it was a weird feeling I really didn't feel anything. Then it was the second hole the same thing I breathed in only this time it hurt I could have peed in my pants. I felt like it didn't want to go through my skin I could feel it stuck. I got the top pierced first and then the bottom. I asked him if he was done and before I was finished asking he was done. I didn't even feel the barbell go through or even the two balls. I kept my eyes closed tight and my hands tightly together the whole time. And I didn't even feel like fainting which was good. My mom just watched him do his magic through the whole thing. She had to explain to me how he did it afterwards.
I was hoping for no blood but I did bleed a little bit. He handed me the mirror and a paper towel. I was so happy it looked great. It was really red and swollen. I felt it really hot I had to cover it with my hand for it to feel better. He told me how to take care of it gave me some anti-bacterial soap and sea salt. Told me to wash it 3 times a day and to soak it 2 times a day. I tipped him, thanked him and I was on my way.
I was asking everyone if it looked good. On my way home all I could do was look at it in the mirror. I took some Tylenol for the pain to go away and laid down for a while. Later that night my dad saw it. I really wasn't worried because I already had it and he wasn't going to make me take it out. He'll say one thing but then doesn't really care. My mom actually thought it looked pretty cool.
I've had it for about 3 weeks now and its really good it hasn't given me any problems and I absolutely love it everyone at school was admiring it. If you're thinking about getting an industrial you should it's a really cool piercing and you'll love it. I don't think it's a bad as getting your tongue pierced on something on your face because everyone has their ears pierced. Well I totally recommend it. Happy Piercing!!!
